Abstract
"Every person carries a unique, God-given light — not to be hidden, but released into the world."
Mission Chain is not simply a platform or a token project. At its foundation, it is a commitment to human dignity — a digital ecosystem built around the conviction that every person deserves a fair, transparent place to discover, develop, and share their gifts with the world.
At the center of Mission Chain is MIC — the Mission Chain Token. MIC is the economic thread running through every activity, transaction, and decision in the ecosystem. Over time, MIC is designed to become the native coin of Mission Network Layer 2: the blockchain infrastructure intended to power the entire ecosystem at scale.
The Core Innovation: When you learn, you earn credentials. When you complete verified work or services, you may receive MIC-denominated compensation. When you meet approved contribution and eligibility rules, you may qualify for governance participation. Every action is recorded on-chain — with no hidden fees and no intermediaries capturing the majority of value you create.
- MIC — the universal coordination token and future Mission Network Layer 2 native coin.
- MICE — a time-bound network participation credential (360 days from activation) governed by approved protocol allocation rules.
- MFP-NFT — constitutional steward credentials for investors and founding members who govern foundational protocol parameters.
- Community NFTs — Builder, Maker, and Luminary credentials awarded to active contributors who meet verified KPIs.
Governance in Mission Chain follows the approved MFP eligibility rule: authority is not inherited, and Community NFTs do not by themselves grant DAO voting rights. Participation is earned through verified contribution, the right credential, and committed MIC stake.
Mission Chain does not promise financial returns. It offers infrastructure where contribution is verified on-chain, value flows by mathematical rules, and creators can participate in a global, fair economy built on purpose.
Introduction — The Human Crisis
2.1 The Invisible Majority
Across the Global South — in Lagos, Manila, Sao Paulo, Nairobi, Jakarta, and thousands of cities in between — there are hundreds of millions of gifted people whose talent is real, but whose access is structurally constrained.
Young musicians compose worship songs before dawn. Visual artists paint church murals with no path to professional income. Filmmakers capture testimony stories on smartphones with no distribution channel. Digital creators build audiences for platforms that return pennies on every dollar of value generated.
These people are not lacking talent or drive. They are lacking access — to education, to fair markets, and to economic infrastructure that recognizes their contribution and rewards it equitably.
2.2 The Systemic Failure
| The Old World Says | Mission Chain Responds |
|---|---|
| Creators generate content. Platforms capture value. | Protocol rules are designed to direct value back to contributing creators — in MIC, in credentials, and in approved governance participation. |
| Governance is for investors and capital holders. | Governance is earned through verified contribution, staked MIC, and demonstrated commitment. |
| Web3 is for speculation. | Mission Chain is for creation — MIC may be received as compensation for verified learning, work, building, and contribution within approved protocol rules. |
| Faith communities do not belong in Web3. | Faith communities are central to the design — the ecosystem's heartbeat and most trusted growth channel. |
| Your work belongs to the algorithm. | Your work, credentials, and portfolio are verified on-chain and owned by you permanently. |
| Technology serves profit. | Technology serves human dignity, calling, and community prosperity. |
2.3 Why Now
- Approximately 2.6 billion Christians worldwide, with the fastest growth in the Global South.
- Over 200 million digital creators globally, with most earning under USD 1,000 per year from creative work.
- Smartphone access is accelerating across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
- Blockchain and AI have matured enough to deliver genuine utility to non-technical communities.
- The Creator Economy has reached USD 250B+ with no credible values-aligned Web3 alternative at meaningful scale.
This is the context Mission Chain was built for.
The Big Idea: Mission DAO
"The most significant innovation in Mission Chain is not the token, not the algorithm, not the AI. It is the idea that a community — bound by shared values and verified contribution — can govern itself and build shared prosperity, without geography defining who belongs."
Most DAOs function as governance wrappers for protocols. Mission DAO is designed to be something different: a community-governed digital community organized around faith, creativity, contribution, and human dignity — where membership is earned, not purchased.
3.1 A Community Organized Around Values, Not Geography
| Traditional Organization | Mission DAO |
|---|---|
| Membership by geography or capital | Membership earned through learning, working, and contributing |
| Rules defined by leadership, changeable by power | Core rules encoded in protocol; constitutional parameters require MFP-NFT consensus |
| Currency controlled by management | MIC governed by mathematics — hard cap, transparent Hindex emission, no discretionary minting |
| Decisions by executives or capital holders | Decisions by eligible governance participants — voting weight proportional to approved MIC stake under the MFP governance rule |
| Fees extracted by organization | Protocol fees returned to community through burn, liquidity pools, and approved ecosystem incentive programs |
| Governance operates in opacity | Full on-chain transparency — every vote, allocation, and parameter change is publicly auditable |
3.2 Three Levels of Community Membership
| Level | How Earned | Governance Layer | Credential |
|---|---|---|---|
| Participant | Create a wallet and begin using the ecosystem | Access to products; governance activates once credentials are earned | — |
| Contributor | Earn Builder, Maker, or Luminary Community NFTs through verified KPIs | Eligibility for designated ecosystem incentive programs and ecosystem status only | Community NFT |
| Constitutional Steward | Receive MFP-NFT through seed, strategic, founding, or DAO-approved contribution pathways | Constitutional governance and framework stewardship | MFP-NFT |
3.3 Staking as the Engine of Governance and Reward
- Passive holders cannot capture governance — committing MIC stake is required to exercise authority.
- Governance incentives align with long-term ecosystem health because those who stake most have the most at stake.
- Allocation distribution remains transparent and manipulation-resistant because approved allocations are computed on-chain from verifiable stake amounts.
The Staking Principle: Your NFT credential determines which governance tier you participate in. Your MIC stake determines your actual voting weight and designated allocation weight where applicable. No stake, no governance activation. No stake, no designated incentive weight where applicable.
Mission & Vision — The Creator Mission Economy
4.1 Our Mission
Mission Chain's mission is to build a powerful mission-driven ecosystem where faith, creativity, education, and decentralized technology converge to unlock human potential at global scale, returning economic sovereignty to the people who create value.
| Pillar | What It Means in Practice |
|---|---|
| Creative Sovereignty | Every creator owns their work, credentials, and economic future — verified on-chain and recognized globally. |
| Equitable Value Exchange | Talent and contribution are rewarded by transparent mathematics, not opaque platform algorithms. |
| Technology as Servant | Blockchain, AI, and the MIC Layer 2 vision are instruments of human agency — not ends in themselves. |
| Faith as Foundation | The deepest motivation for lasting impact comes from purpose — Mission Chain honors that without imposing it. |
| Community Prosperity | Economic systems should strengthen families, churches, and communities — not extract from them. |
4.2 What the Creator Mission Economy Looks Like in Practice
- A worship musician in rural Africa completes Mission Learn, earns a Builder NFT, stakes MIC, lists original tracks on Mission Work, and may receive MIC-denominated compensation for every license sold.
- A young filmmaker in Southeast Asia earns on-chain Maker credentials, delivers edited films to churches worldwide, and progresses toward Luminary credential status through verified contribution.
- A graphic designer in Sao Paulo creates church graphics through Mission Work, earns Maker NFT status, and may participate in ecosystem governance under approved eligibility rules with influence determined by MIC stake.
- A church in Nairobi becomes a Mission Hub — hosting Mission Learn sessions, facilitating local jobs, and eventually qualifying for Luminary status through sustained leadership.
4.3 The Long View: MIC as Mission Network Layer 2 Native Coin
MIC is designed with a long arc. In its first phase, MIC is the utility token threading all ecosystem activities — fees, rewards, governance, and market transactions. In its mature phase, MIC is intended to become the native coin of Mission Network Layer 2.
The Layer 2 Vision: When Mission Network Layer 2 launches, MIC is designed to become the native gas and settlement coin of a purpose-built blockchain serving the Creator Mission Economy at global scale.
Market Opportunity
| Sector | Global Market Size | Mission Chain Entry Point |
|---|---|---|
| Creator Economy | USD 250B+ | Mission Work marketplace and Mission Arts licensing |
| Online Education (EdTech) | USD 400B+ | Mission Learn — verified creative education |
| Freelance & Gig Economy | USD 450B+ | Mission Work — credentialed creator marketplace |
| Social Media & Community | USD 300B+ | Mission Social — community and creator showcase |
| Web3 Infrastructure | USD 50B+ | MIC, MICE, NFTs, and the future Layer 2 network |

5.1 The Underserved Intersection
- Approximately 2.6 billion Christians worldwide, with major concentration in Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
- Some of the fastest-growing creative talent in the world's youngest populations.
- Church communities remain among the world's most trusted and mission-aligned social infrastructure.
- Worship music, testimony films, and faith-based digital content are experiencing global cultural resurgence.
- No credible, values-aligned Web3 infrastructure has previously been designed for this community.
5.2 The Convergence Gap — What Has Never Existed
| Gap | What's Missing | Mission Chain's Response |
|---|---|---|
| Credential Gap | No verifiable, portable proof of creative skill | On-chain Community NFTs — tamper-proof, globally recognized, earned not purchased |
| Economic Gap | No fair marketplace for faith-aligned creative work | Mission Work — escrow, credential gating, verified skills, MIC settlement |
| Education Gap | No structured, affordable creative education for Global South | Mission Learn — multiple tracks, scholarships, and on-chain certification |
| Community Gap | No self-governed digital community for Christian creatives worldwide | Mission DAO and Mission Social — citizenship earned, not bought |
| Infrastructure Gap | No purpose-built blockchain for a values-aligned creative economy | Mission Network Layer 2 — the long-term MIC native chain |
The Three Pillars of the Ecosystem
Mission Chain's ecosystem is built on three connected pillars that together form a complete human journey: learn, work, and belong. These are not product names. They are the foundational principles that define how the ecosystem creates opportunity and returns value to the people who contribute. MIC flows through all three as the universal economic medium.
Architecture Note: Mission Arts is embedded within Mission Work. Mission Hubs are embedded within Mission Social. Mission World brings all three pillars into real-world community life. This layered design creates deeper coherence and a stronger ecosystem flywheel.
6.1 Mission Learn — Creative Academy
Mission Learn is a blockchain-credentialed creative academy built for Global South and Christian talent. It creates the pathway from raw talent to portable, verifiable skill.
- Four tracks: Music & Worship Production, Visual Arts & Design, Filmmaking & Video, and Digital Creation.
- On-chain portfolio of best works visible to global clients on Mission Work.
- Credentials and portfolio become borderless proof of skill, not paper-only certificates.
- AI-powered opportunity matching based on verified credentials, portfolio quality, and client ratings.
6.2 Mission Work — Creative Economy Marketplace
Mission Work is the economic engine of the ecosystem: a specialized marketplace connecting verified Christian creators with global clients. It is where learning can translate into work opportunities and MIC-denominated service compensation, and where talent meets opportunity.
- Verified creator profiles backed by on-chain credentials and work history.
- Jobs move through ranked matching, MIC escrow, delivery review, quality warranty, and two-way ratings.
- Mission Arts operates here as the embedded digital licensing layer for music, visual art, and video assets.
6.3 Mission Social — Community, Showcase & Governance
Mission Social is the community layer, the governance activation layer, and the bridge between the digital ecosystem and real-world communities through Mission Hubs.
- Digital community events include worship concerts, art jams, testimony film nights, and global festivals.
- Mission Hubs are embedded physical nodes that bring learning, work, and community into daily life.
- Contribution becomes belonging. Belonging qualifies you for governance participation under approved eligibility rules and verified participation.
Platform Logic
The three pillars define the ecosystem's philosophy. Platforms bring that philosophy to life for specific communities in the real world.
- Pillars are permanent architectural foundations.
- Platforms are evolving implementations built for real communities.
- Mission World is the first community platform built on top of the three pillars.
- More platforms can be added later without changing the pillar architecture.
6.4 From Pillars to Platforms
| Layer | Nature | Examples | Governance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pillars (Layer 1) | Conceptual framework — what the ecosystem believes and how it creates value | Mission Learn, Mission Work, Mission Social | DAO constitutional layer — enduring principles |
| Platforms (Layer 2) | Concrete implementation — where pillars become lived experience for real communities | Mission World first, then future community-specific platforms | DAO product-tier governance — adjustable parameters |
6.5 Mission World — The First Community Platform
Mission World is not a fourth pillar. It is the first non-profit platform built to serve the MissionChain ecosystem, where Mission Learn, Mission Work, and Mission Social converge into one lived experience for 2.6 billion Christians worldwide.
- Churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations join through structured onboarding tiers.
- Community members can learn, earn, serve, and build portable on-chain credentials in one connected environment.
- SOPHIA AI serves as the public-facing KOL, guiding devotionals, curation, mentorship pathways, and engagement.
- Mission World is non-profit by design: built to serve communities, supported through DAO-approved treasury allocation and partnership revenue.
6.6 The Ecosystem Flywheel
Learn → Build skills & credentials → Access Mission Work → Receive MIC-denominated compensation → Showcase on Mission Social → Build reputation → Qualify for governance participation → Connect through Mission World → Shape the ecosystem that serves you.
Economic Architecture — MIC, MICE & NFTs
Mission Chain's economic architecture is built on a single principle: value should flow to contribution, not to capital alone.
7.1 MIC — The Universal Coordination Token & Layer 2 Foundation
| MIC Role | How It Functions | Where It Appears |
|---|---|---|
| Universal Medium of Exchange | All internal transactions — course fees, job payments, marketplace purchases, and platform fees — are denominated and settled in MIC. | Mission Learn, Mission Work, Mission Arts, Hub activity rewards, 50% of each MICE activation |
| Governance Stake | MIC is staked alongside the approved MFP rule to determine governance eligibility and voting weight. No qualifying MIC stake means no governance participation. | DAO votes, MFP governance, proposal thresholds |
| Protocol Allocation | MIC is emitted daily through the Hindex Algorithm under protocol-governed allocation rules to network participants, stakers, and DAO Treasury. | 59% MICE Participants, 25% Staking, 10% DAO Treasury, 5% Community NFT Allocation |
Token Supply Architecture
| Allocation | % of Supply | MIC Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Protocol Emission Allocation (Hindex Algorithm) | 85% | 5,950,000,000 | Protocol-governed phased emission under approved participation rules |
| SEED Round | 3.25% | 227,500,000 | USD 0.0025 per MIC · 10% after 6 months, then 2.5% monthly |
| ↳ Old Investors Grant | — | 75,000,000 | NOT for sale — ADMIN-issued grant to strategic partners (6-month lock from ADMIN-set start, backdateable; 24h cooldown) |
| ↳ Remaining for Public Sale | — | 152,500,000 | Gross target ~$381,250 — SEED packages (Early Bird, FP I/II/III) |
| PRE-SALE Round | 4.50% | 315,000,000 | USD 0.005 per MIC · 10% after 6 months, then 2.5% monthly |
| Incentives & Airdrops | 0.25% | 17,500,000 | 10% after 6 months, then 2.5% monthly |
| DEX / CEX Listing | 1.50% | 105,000,000 | Estimated listing price USD 0.01 · unlocked for market liquidity |
| Founders, Operating & Management | 4.00% | 280,000,000 | 10% after 24 months, then 2.5% monthly |
| DAO Treasury / Churches (genesis) | 1.50% | 105,000,000 | Immobilised — held in a contract that cannot send MIC; the schedule below cannot execute. See "Immobilised Genesis Allocation" |
| Total Supply | 100% | 7,000,000,000 | Immutable hard cap — no additional issuance possible |
Token Burn Record
5 August 2026 — 31,500,000 MIC permanently burned. Pre-issued supply fell from 1,050,000,000 to 1,018,500,000 MIC. The 7,000,000,000 hard cap is unchanged.
The burned MIC was the portion of the DEX/CEX Listing allocation that had been placed in LiquidityPool v5. That contract has no withdrawal function of any kind and its swap entry points revert by design, so the tokens could never have been sold, lent or moved. The one exit that existed was swapAndBurnMIC, which destroys the contract's own balance. Rather than leave 3% of the pre-issued supply in a dead contract and ask readers to accept a lock-up on trust, the protocol destroyed it.
The burn cannot be undone or offset. The only remaining way MIC can be created is mintFromMining, bounded by a cumulative counter that a burn does not reset. No key holder, including the founding team, can re-issue these tokens.
| Amount burned | 31,500,000 MIC |
| Pre-issued supply after burn | 1,018,500,000 MIC |
| Source contract | LiquidityPool v5 — 0x37091454eB49179D3aFF12402980F63cFC3e050a |
| Transaction | 0xb2f0d013f0f66f27ba4c6bcf28196ec4788eebb0bc326fd42963ecb2ada4924b |
| Block | 114,156,353 — BNB Smart Chain |
Verify independently: the burn transaction records a transfer of 31,500,000 MIC to the zero address, and the MIC token page reports the reduced total supply.
Effect on the DEX / CEX Listing allocation above: of the 105,000,000 MIC allocated, 31,500,000 are burned and 73,500,000 remain in the Listing Reserve Vault — 50,000,000 of which seed the protocol liquidity pool, and 23,500,000 are held to open an external market.
Immobilised Genesis Allocation
105,000,000 MIC minted at genesis cannot be moved by anyone, including the founding team. The tokens remain in total supply but can never circulate. They are not a reserve the protocol can draw on, and are not presented as one.
The DAO Treasury and Churches allocation was minted to a contract at 0x1ed5C848D1244a618Bd95Ff92d4f8C2356d3a42F. That contract declares only one token, USDT. All three of its write functions move USDT; it holds no reference to MIC, no code capable of approving a spender, and it is not an upgradeable proxy. No call exists that can transfer, grant or burn the MIC sitting there.
Unlike the LiquidityPool v5 balance recorded above, this one cannot even be destroyed. There is no exit of any kind. The vesting schedule previously published for this allocation — a 24-month cliff, then 10% and 2.5% monthly — cannot execute, because no function exists to execute it.
This was a development error, found in August 2026 while building treasury tooling. The contract was written for USDT and later used to hold MIC as well, and no one verified that it could send what it was being given. It is published here rather than carried quietly, and can be verified by anyone from the contract's source on BSCScan.
How the community programme is funded instead
The Churches & Christian Community programme continues, funded from ongoing issuance rather than from the immobilised genesis allocation: 10% of the DAO's mining allocation — that is, 1% of daily issuance — is routed to a dedicated Churches vault as each day's emission arrives.
The published emission split is unchanged at 59% miners · 25% staking · 10% DAO · 5% Community NFT · 1% MFP-NFT. The Churches share is an allocation inside the DAO's own 10%, not a sixth slice, so no other programme is reduced to fund it.
Each grant transfers MIC and creates the recipient's on-chain vesting schedule in the same transaction — a 24-month cliff, 10% at the cliff, then 2.5% monthly. There is no code path that releases a grant without its schedule. The design rule adopted after this incident, and now tested for explicitly: a contract that can hold a token must be able to send that token.
7.2 MICE — Time-Bound Network Participation Credential
MICE is not a token and not an investment instrument. It is a time-bound network participation credential within a fixed protocol allocation framework, valid for 360 days from activation.
How MICE Works in Plain Language
When you activate a MICE credential, your participation is recognized within the Hindex allocation cycle. Protocol allocation depends on the approved participation model and prevailing protocol conditions during your active period. After 360 days, the credential expires automatically — see the technical appendix for the canonical formulas.
MinerPct(t) = 59% − max(0, (90−t)/90) × 10%
MICE Parameters
- Maximum supply: 100,000 MICE credentials.
- Credential duration: 360 days from activation.
- Payment structure: 50% USDT + 50% MIC. The MIC portion is priced at purchase using whichever is lower of the spot price and the 7-day TWAP. Until the liquidity pool is seeded, a fixed bootstrap price of $0.01 applies.
- Recycling policy: expired credentials are recycled by protocol; DAO governs reissuance terms.
| Round | MICE Serial # | Price (USD) | Band |
|---|---|---|---|
| Round 1 | 1 – 20,000 | $100 | Early Stage |
| Round 2 | 20,001 – 40,000 | $200 | Growth |
| Round 3 | 40,001 – 60,000 | $300 | Expansion |
| Round 4 | 60,001 – 80,000 | $400 | Mature |
| Round 5 | 80,001 – 100,000 | $500 | Premium |
7.3 MFP-NFT — Constitutional Steward Credentials
| Pathway | Recipients | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Capital & Strategic Contribution | Seed and strategic participants | Granted through early high-risk ecosystem participation |
| Founding Contribution | Founding members | Granted for major brand, asset, intellectual property, or organizational contribution |
| Active Contributor Allocation | DAO-approved contributors | Allocated from remaining MFP-NFT supply through governance vote |
MFP-NFT Supply Architecture: up to 2,500 total MFP-NFTs. Founding issuance and DAO-governed issuance share one immutable protocol cap.
AllocationWeightNFT,i(t) = (Si × tier_mult / Σ weighted_reward_points) × IncentivePool(t)
7.4 Community NFT — Builder, Maker, and Luminary
Community NFTs are contribution credentials. They are not sold, not airdropped, and not earned by merely showing up. They are earned through verifiable, on-chain contribution that meets clear standards.
| Tier | How Earned | DAO Voting | Designated Incentive Eligibility |
|---|---|---|---|
| Builder | Mission Learn completion, verified Mission Work history, active Mission Social participation | None | Designated ecosystem incentive eligibility proportional to assigned tier weight |
| Maker | Active Builder status plus deeper Mission Learn, Mission Work, Mission Social, and contribution KPIs | None | Higher designated incentive weight within approved ecosystem programs |
| Luminary | Active Maker status plus strong work history, leadership, peer endorsement, and sustained contribution | None | Highest designated incentive weight within approved ecosystem programs |
7.5 Governance Rights & Staking — The Full Matrix
| Credential | Governance Tier | Parameters Governed | Participation Requirement |
|---|---|---|---|
| MFP-NFT | Constitutional Layer | Framework parameters such as emission coefficients, MICE pricing bands, and protected pool percentages | MFP-NFT + qualifying MIC stake; zero stake means zero rights |
| Luminary | No DAO vote | Designated incentive eligibility and community recognition only | Tier qualification and active status |
| Maker | No DAO vote | Designated incentive eligibility and community recognition only | Tier qualification and active status |
| Builder | No DAO vote | Designated incentive eligibility and community recognition only | Tier qualification and active status |
| MICE Participant | Advisory Input | Operational signals only — no constitutional or framework votes | Active 360-day MICE credential |
7.6 The Circular Economy
| Activity | MIC Flow | Value Distribution |
|---|---|---|
| Mission Learn fees | MIC collected → partial burn | 60% creators · 20% buy & burn · 20% Treasury |
| MICE credential activations | 50% USDT + 50% MIC → burn + approved allocation programs | 12.5% DAO Treasury, 40% Liquidity Pool, 5% Listing Reserve |
| Mission Work job payments | 100% MIC settled on-chain | Platform fee split between Treasury, burn, and Hub rewards; balance to creator |
| Mission Arts licensing | MIC per license + optional royalty stream | 80–85% creator · 10–15% protocol · 5% burn |
| Community participation incentives | MIC from event allocation programs | Creator incentive + ecosystem flywheel reinforcement |
Technology Architecture
Mission Chain is built on elegant minimalism: deploy what is needed today, architect for the Layer 2 future.
| Layer | Technology | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Base Chain (Phase I–III) | BNB Smart Chain (BSC) | High-speed, low-cost settlement accessible to emerging markets |
| Token Contract | BEP-20 standard | MIC utility token with hard-capped supply and Hindex-governed emission |
| Emission Control Layer | Hindex Algorithm | Adaptive, liquidity-responsive, time-decaying daily MIC protocol allocation |
| NFT Layer | ERC-721 (MFP-NFT, Community NFT) + ERC-1155 (MICE Credential) | MFP-NFT (ERC-721): permanent governance credential activated by staking and re-verification. MICE Credential (ERC-1155) + Community NFT (ERC-721): multi-token contract for time-bound participation credentials and Builder/Maker/Luminary tier credentials with efficient batch operations. |
| MICE Contracts | Time-bound participation credential contracts | 360-day participation credentials with auto-expiry, recycling logic, and dynamic pricing |
| Governance Layer | DAO contracts with timelocks and quorum | Enforces immutable parameters and executes framework votes within constitutional bounds |
| AI Layer | Economic Oracle + Analytics Engine | Advisory monitoring, anomaly detection, and governance proposal support |
| Layer 2 (Future) | Mission Network Layer 2 | MIC as native gas and settlement coin for the Creator Mission Economy |
8.1 The Adaptive Emission Engine
Ebase(t) = E₀ × e−λt · E₀ = 750,000 MIC/day · Thalf = 8 years · D(t) = 0.5 + U(t) [0.5, 1.5] · L(H) = clamp(H/110, 0.02, 2.0) · W(t) = min(1.0, t/30) · A(N) = min(1, √(N/10,000))
| Component | Value / Formula | Function |
|---|---|---|
| Ebase | 750,000 MIC/day (E₀ initial rate) | Ceiling rate at t=0, decaying with an 8-year half-life. The mining allocation of 5.95B MIC is a maximum, not a target: what is actually issued depends on the regulators below |
| W(t) | min(1.0, t/30) | Warm-up factor for the first 30 days, smoothing early-stage emission without changing total supply |
| D(t) | 0.5 + U(t) | Demand factor — U(t) = MICE utilization rate. Range [0.5, 1.5] |
| L(H) | clamp(H/110, 0.02, 2.0) | Liquidity-coverage regulator. H = protocol liquidity ÷ daily issuance value, expressed in days. Issuance is reduced whenever coverage falls below the 110-day target. Limited to ±10% change per day |
| A(N) | min(1, √(N/10,000)) | Adoption ramp. Scales issuance to the number of active mining credentials so that early-stage issuance is proportionate to participation |
| G | clamp(TWAP7d / TWAP30d, 0.25, 1.0) | Trend damper applied on top of L(H). Capped at 1.0, so it can only reduce issuance, never increase it |
8.2 The Economic Oracle — AI Advisory Layer
| Function | Scope | Output |
|---|---|---|
| Monitors | Emission health, MICE activity, liquidity depth, pool concentration, wallet anomalies | Continuous public dashboard |
| Recommends | Bounded A/B/C adjustment options when drift is detected | Structured governance proposal packets for DAO review |
| Reports | Weekly snapshots, monthly metrics, and incident alerts | Public reports for the community |
| Never Executes | No treasury action, parameter change, or issuance | All execution still requires DAO vote → timelock → on-chain audit trail |
8.3 Layer 2 Roadmap
- MIC as native coin for gas, settlement, and value transfer on Mission Network Layer 2.
- Creator-optimized low-latency, low-fee transactions for high-volume micro-payments.
- NFT-native issuance and verification for Builder, Maker, Luminary, and MFP-NFT credentials.
- MICE-integrated participation credential logic and allocation distribution running directly on Layer 2.
- DAO-governed upgrade path that preserves constitutional protections from Layer 1.
Governance — Mission DAO
"The ecosystem does not belong to a company. It belongs to every person who has earned their place through learning, working, contributing, and staking their commitment — encoded in the protocol."
9.1 Governance Architecture — Three Tiers
| Governance Tier | Who Participates | Scope | Threshold / Timelock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Constitutional Layer | Active MFP-NFT holders with staked MIC | Framework parameters such as Hindex coefficients, MICE bands, and pool percentages | 66% supermajority · 30% quorum · 72h timelock |
| Product & Strategic Layer | Active Maker and Luminary holders; MFP-NFT holders may participate | Product roadmap, new features, hub certification, Mission Social event parameters, KPI thresholds | Simple majority · 20% quorum · 48h timelock |
| Community Layer | All active Builder, Maker, and Luminary holders with staked MIC | Local hub decisions, event resource allocation, initiative funding, advisory input on product proposals | Simple majority · 15% quorum · 24h timelock |
9.2 What Can and Cannot Be Changed
| Parameter | Status | Governed By |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum MIC supply | Immutable | Cannot be changed by any vote, team, or capital |
| Mining allocation percentage | Immutable | Cannot be diluted by governance |
| MFP-NFT total cap | Immutable | Cannot be expanded to favor new participants |
| Community NFT tier names and the earned-not-purchased rule | Immutable principle | Credentials cannot be purchased directly from the protocol |
| Hindex α coefficient and liquidity bounds | Framework | MFP-NFT supermajority plus timelock |
| MICE pricing bands and license duration | Framework | MFP-NFT supermajority |
| Pool distribution percentages | Framework | MFP-NFT supermajority |

| Mission Network Layer 2 launch parameters | Constitutional | Highest governance threshold in the ecosystem |
9.3 Governance Process Flow
- AI Economic Oracle detects drift or opportunity and generates bounded proposal packets.
- Operations Committee reviews accuracy and confirms compliance with constitutional bounds.
- Proposal is published for public comment before formal vote opens.
- Vote runs under tier-specific duration and quorum rules.
- Timelock starts after close, then governance contracts execute on-chain with full audit trail.
- Public monitoring report is published after execution.
9.4 Decentralization Roadmap
| Phase | DAO Status | Community Authority |
|---|---|---|
| Phase I | Founding governance | MFP-NFT holders activated; first community proposals accepted; Builder KPI framework published |
| Phase II | Community activation | MFP-NFT governance activation expands; first framework parameter votes and broader community participation programs mature |
| Phase III | DAO maturation | Founding team becomes one voice among many; broader governance processes operate under the approved MFP eligibility rule |
| Phase IV | Complete decentralization | No founding team member holds special authority beyond earned credentials and staked MIC |
Roadmap & Go-To-Market Strategy

10.2 Go-To-Market Philosophy
Community before capital
Recruit Hub Leaders, church partners, and trusted creators before broad public launch.
Education before promotion
Every channel explains what Mission Chain is, what it solves, and why MIC is an ecosystem currency.
Contribution before speculation
MICE credentials and MIC protocol allocations are framed as recognition of active participation — never as investment products.
Local before global
Market entry begins through trusted Hub Leaders before broad digital campaigns.
Proof before scale
Each phase scales only after previous phase KPIs are validated on-chain.
10.3 Five Core Channels
| Channel | Primary Role | Key Content |
|---|---|---|
| Twitter / X | Real-time ecosystem voice and founder credibility | Hindex data, founder essays, creator spotlights, ecosystem education |
| Telegram | Community coordination and live Q&A | Announcement channel, community group, Hub Leader coordination, MICE operator group |
| YouTube | Long-form education and creator storytelling | Mission Chain Explained, creator documentaries, course previews, festival highlights |
| Podcast | Primary trust channel | Creator stories, faith and technology, Creator Mission Economy deep dives, Hub Leader conversations |
| Conferences & Physical Events | Hub recruitment, investor dialogue, and credibility | Christian leadership conferences, Web3 summits, EdTech events, regional festivals, church workshops |
Risk & Mitigation
| Risk Category | Description | Mitigation Strategy |
|---|---|---|
| Monetary Inflation | Uncontrolled MIC emission diluting ecosystem value | 7B immutable hard cap; 85% progressive mining; Hindex time-decay and liquidity bounds; no discretionary minting |
| Speculative Gaming | Participants acquire MICE or NFTs for extraction rather than contribution | MICE remains a participation credential; Community NFTs require KPI re-verification; MFP-NFTs have locks, sale rules, and staking requirements |
| Governance Capture | Capital concentration dominates DAO decisions | Constitutional layer hardcoded; voting weight proportional to staked MIC, not credential count; timelocks prevent rapid action |
| Credential Inflation | KPI thresholds become too easy and degrade credential meaning | Product-tier governance adjusts thresholds; annual re-verification; objective job history and rating requirements |
| MFP-NFT Passivity | Constitutional stewards become inactive | No stake means no vote and no designated allocation weight; legacy status can suspend economic rights until governance restoration |
| Liquidity Risk | Market shocks impact MIC price discovery and MICE adoption | Liquidity factor reduces emission in thin markets; MICE proceeds support DEX liquidity; DAO Treasury acts as backstop |
| Smart Contract Risk | Vulnerabilities compromise protocol integrity | Modular architecture, staged activation, mandatory audits, oracle monitoring, no upgrade path for constitutional parameters |
| Regulatory Risk | Evolving regulation impacts token distribution or operations | Utility-only token design, access-license framing for MICE, credential framing for NFTs, and ongoing compliance review |
| Layer 2 Execution Risk | Mission Network Layer 2 fails to launch on schedule | Layer 2 is an upgrade, not a prerequisite; ecosystem can operate on BSC indefinitely; launch requires DAO approval |
| Adoption Risk | Insufficient real-world creative market activity | Infrastructure-first roadmap, church and Hub Leader networks, staged capital deployment, and KPI-gated scaling |
Conclusion — Build Something That Endures
"Mission Chain is not a destination. It is a covenant — a living commitment to the belief that technology can and must serve the highest aspirations of the human spirit."
We live at a moment of extraordinary convergence. Blockchain, artificial intelligence, and decentralized governance are now accessible to anyone with a smartphone. Communities long excluded from the digital economy's benefits are now positioned to participate in a global economy on terms they have never had access to before.
The question is not whether technology will transform these communities. It already is. The question is whether that transformation will serve them — or extract from them. Mission Chain is our response to that question.
This is the Creator Mission Economy. Not a promise of returns. An architecture for dignity.
"A city on a hill cannot be hidden." — Matthew 5:14
Builder. Maker. Luminary.
Join Mission Chain. Build something that endures.

SEED Round / Private Sale
Strategic Alignment & Protocol Foundation: Appendix A defines the full SEED participation framework, including allocation, package design, vesting logic, and the intended use of net SEED funds.
A.1 SEED Round — Purpose & Positioning
| Aspect | Description |
|---|---|
| Round Type | Private / Strategic |
| Objective | Establish protocol foundation, initial DEX liquidity, and long-term strategic alignment |
| Target Participants | Strategic investors, trusted partners, mission-aligned funds and individuals |
| Access | Invitation-only — no public access |
| Sales Nature | Package-based participation (see Section A.2) |
| Mission Ambassador Program / Community Growth Award | Not applicable — explicitly excluded from all SEED incentives |
| MICE Eligibility | Not applicable — SEED tokens excluded from all MICE mining incentive programs |
Strategic Intent: The SEED Round prioritizes alignment, credibility, and long-term commitment over capital volume. SEED investors become Founding MFP-NFT Stewards — the Constitutional governance layer of Mission DAO. Their role is not passive capital: it is active stewardship of the protocol's foundational parameters.
MFP-NFT Stewardship Rule: MFP-NFTs received through SEED participation grant Constitutional governance rights within Mission DAO, remain transferable, and apply a 7-day voting cooldown after transfer, while still remaining subject to a 1-year lock, DAO consent for sales exceeding 50%, and MIC staking requirements.
A.2 SEED Allocation & Participation Packages
A.2.1 Allocation Summary
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Allocation (% of supply) | 3.25% |
| Token Amount (Total Allocation) | 227,500,000 MIC |
| ↳ Strategic Partner Grant (not for sale) | 75,000,000 MIC |
| ↳ Public Sale Portion | 152,500,000 MIC |
| Token Price | USD 0.0025 / MIC — fixed across all packages without exception |
| Implied Maximum Raise (Public Sale) | ~USD 381,250 (152,500,000 × $0.0025) |
| MFP-NFT Cap (SEED) | 1,250 units maximum — across all SEED packages combined |
| Price Verification | MIC Allocation = Investment (USD) ÷ 0.0025 |
A.2.2 Participation Packages
All allocations are verified at the fixed price of USD 0.0025: MIC = Investment ÷ 0.0025.
| Package | Investment (USD) | MIC Allocation | MFP-NFT | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack 1 — Early Bird | $1,000 | 400,000 MIC | 1 | |
| Pack 2 — Founding Partner I | $2,500 | 1,000,000 MIC | 3 | |
| Pack 3 — Founding Partner II | $5,000 | 2,000,000 MIC | 8 | |
| Pack 4 — Founding Partner III | $10,000 | 4,000,000 MIC | 20 |
- MIC price is fixed at $0.0025 across all packages — no discount tiers and no negotiated pricing.
- MFP-NFTs are governance and stewardship credentials — not equity, profit rights, or investment return instruments.
- MFP-NFTs are not sold independently of participation packages.
- Pack 2 MIC allocation = 1,000,000 MIC, correcting the prior v1.2 typographical error of 2,000,000 MIC.
- Total SEED Round MFP-NFT cap: 1,250 units maximum across all packages combined.
A.2.3 Strategic Partner Allocation (Old Investors)
A portion of the SEED 227,500,000 MIC is reserved for strategic partners, long-term contributors, and dedicated supporters who have invested time, resources, and credibility into Mission Chain during its formative period. This allocation is a recognition grant — not for public sale.
| Parameter | Terms |
|---|---|
| Total Allocation | 75,000,000 MIC |
| Price Basis | $0.0025 / MIC (same as SEED Round) |
| Nature | Direct wallet grant — stored in SEED contract, NOT for sale |
| Vesting | 6-month lock from ADMIN-set start date, then SEED vesting (10% unlock + 2.5%/month) |
| Start Time | ADMIN-set — may be backdated to recognize prior contribution period |
| ADMIN Cooldown | 24 hours between ADMIN transfer/set-time actions (anti-rush safety) |
| Non-transferable | During vesting lock period |
Remaining SEED Public Sale: 227,500,000 − 75,000,000 = 152,500,000 MIC available for public SEED Round packages (Early Bird, Founding Partner I/II/III) — gross target ~$381,250.
A.3 Vesting Schedule
| Parameter | Terms |
|---|---|
| Fixed TGE Unlock | None — SEED vesting is rolling from individual purchase date |
| Vesting Start | From individual purchase date — not tied to a single protocol-wide TGE event |
| Cliff Period | 6 months from purchase date |
| Initial Unlock at Cliff | 10% of total MIC allocation |
| Monthly Unlock (post-cliff) | 2.5% per month — linear, continuous |
| Full Unlock Timeline | ~38 months from purchase date |
| Vesting Nature | Rolling and linear — no synchronized mass unlock events across investor cohort |
Rolling Vesting Design Intent: SEED vesting starts from each investor's individual purchase date — not a single protocol-wide TGE. This eliminates coordinated mass unlock events that could create supply shock and price instability.
The 6-month cliff ensures all SEED investors remain committed through the critical early activation phase. The 2.5% monthly linear release thereafter creates predictable, gradual supply expansion aligned with ecosystem growth milestones.
A.4 Use of SEED Funds
Gross SEED public-sale proceeds: ~USD 381,250 (152,500,000 MFP × $0.0025). Every SEED contribution flows on-chain through SeedBudget, which splits it into four governed slots. All figures remain approximate.
| Slot | Purpose | % / Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Distribution | Community & referral distribution to SEED participants and the growth network | 20% (~$76,250) |
| Operational | Core protocol engineering, security audits, infrastructure, tooling, and team operational salaries | 20% (~$76,250) |
| Management Bonus | Management & leadership incentives — released by Steward Council 3-of-5 vote | 10% (~$38,125) |
| Reserved Expenses (DAO-governed) | Strategic reserve for future audits, expansion, and ecosystem needs — released by Steward Council 3-of-5 vote (Phase 1) → DAOGovernor (Phase β) | 50% (~$190,625) |
| TOTAL | 100% of gross SEED public-sale proceeds | ~USD 381,250 |
Liquidity Note: Initial DEX liquidity is not funded from SEED. It is provided from the Pre-Sale and MICE rounds together with the dedicated LiquidityPool allocation (105,000,000 MIC, permanently locked). This keeps SEED proceeds fully directed to protocol build-out, operations, incentives, and the DAO-governed reserve. A 5% protocol fee applies to each on-chain slot release.
PRE-SALE — Community & Platform Expansion
Legal Note: Mission Ambassador Program rewards and Community Growth Award mechanics in this appendix are market activation and community distribution mechanisms only. They do not constitute passive income, profit-sharing, or ongoing economic rights. All rewards are capped, time-limited, and permanently disabled upon PRE-SALE closure.
B.1 Purpose & Positioning
| Aspect | Description |
|---|---|
| Round Type | Community Expansion |
| Objective | Ecosystem activation and early network effects |
| Target Participants | Community contributors and early adopters |
| Access | Approved platforms and launchpads |
| Minimum Purchase | USD 50 — and multiples of USD 50 only |
PRE-SALE vs SEED: Where the SEED Round focuses on strategic alignment and Constitutional governance through MFP-NFT stewardship, the PRE-SALE focuses on community expansion and network effect activation. PRE-SALE participants access the time-limited Mission Ambassador Program and Community Growth Award, both of which are explicitly excluded from the SEED Round and permanently disabled upon PRE-SALE closure.
B.2 Allocation & Pricing
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Allocation (% of total supply) | 4.50% |
| Token Amount | 315,000,000 MIC |
| Token Price | USD 0.005 / MIC — fixed |
| Minimum Purchase | USD 50 — multiples of USD 50 only |
| Maximum Raise (implied) | ~USD 1,575,000 |
| Price Verification | MIC Allocation = Investment (USD) ÷ 0.005 |
B.2.1 Allocation Flexibility — SEED ↔ PRE-SALE
The combined SEED and PRE-SALE allocation is bounded by a shared cap. Unsubscribed SEED allocation may be carried into PRE-SALE, and vice versa, subject to fixed disclosure and supply constraints.
| Rule | Constraint |
|---|---|
| Combined SEED + PRE-SALE Cap | ≤ 8.25% of total supply (immutable combined ceiling) |
| Total Pre-Issued Cap | 15% of total supply (1,050,000,000 MIC) — fixed and immutable |
| Adjustment Disclosure | Mandatory, transparent, announced via official channels before any reallocation takes effect |
B.3 Vesting Schedule
| Parameter | Terms |
|---|---|
| Fixed TGE Unlock | None — PRE-SALE vesting is rolling from individual purchase date |
| Vesting Start | From individual purchase date — not tied to a single protocol-wide TGE event |
| Cliff Period | 6 months from purchase date |
| Initial Unlock at Cliff | 10% of total MIC allocation |
| Monthly Unlock (post-cliff) | 2.5% per month — linear, continuous; mirrors SEED vesting for fairness |
| Full Unlock Timeline | ~38 months from purchase date |
| Vesting Nature | Rolling and linear — no synchronized mass unlock events |
B.4 Mission Ambassador Program (PRE-SALE ONLY)
Scope Boundary: The Mission Ambassador Program applies exclusively during the PRE-SALE phase. It is permanently disabled upon PRE-SALE closure. No Mission Ambassador Program mechanism exists in the SEED Round, MICE licensing, or any other ecosystem component.
Mission Chain rewards those who carry the message forward — not because we need marketing, but because we believe the people closest to the community should share in the ecosystem's early growth. Rewards are transparent, capped, time-limited, and recorded on-chain.
B.4.1 Program Structure
| Referral Type | Reward | Payment Currency |
|---|---|---|
| Direct Referral (F1) | 7% of invited purchase value | USDT (on-chain, verifiable) |
| Indirect Referral (F2) | 3% of invited purchase value | USDT (on-chain, verifiable) |
B.4.2 Program Conditions & Eligibility
| Condition | Rule |
|---|---|
| Payment Currency | USDT — on-chain, verifiable at point of payment |
| Funding Source | PRE-SALE proceeds only — not from treasury, mining, or any other pool |
| Ambassador Eligibility | The referrer must be an active MICE operator or a Community NFT holder before receiving Direct Referral. |
| Program Depth | Maximum 2 steps only — no deeper chain rewarded |
| Total Program Cap | Exactly 10% of PRE-SALE proceeds (Direct 7% + Indirect 3%) — fixed on-chain in RevenueRouter and not adjustable. ≈ $157,500 at the $1,575,000 hard cap |
| Program Termination | Permanently disabled upon PRE-SALE phase closure — no exceptions |
B.4.3 Integrity Safeguards
| Safeguard | Description |
|---|---|
| Per-Wallet Mission Invite Cap | Maximum 50 direct Mission Invites per wallet address. Rewards genuine community leaders — not industrial sybil farming. |
| Minimum Holding Period | Invited purchasers must hold for 30 days before Mission Ambassador Program rewards release. Prevents buy-and-sell-same-day farming. |
| Wallet Identity Verification | Program eligibility requires wallet-level KYC/AML check where legally required. Non-KYC Mission Invites are capped at Direct Referral only. |
| On-Chain Traceability | All Mission Invite relationships are recorded on-chain at the point of purchase. No retroactive assignment is possible. |
B.5 Community Growth Award (PRE-SALE ONLY)
Community Growth Award recognizes Hub Leaders who build healthy local communities using a differential override mechanism. Awards are paid only on the growth gap, not on duplicated volume.
B.5.1 Award Qualification Tiers
| Rank | GV Threshold (USD) | Qualified Award Rate | One-Time Community NFT Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Believer | $0 – $4,999 | 0% | — |
| Builder | $5,000 – $19,999 | 3% | 3 × Builder NFT |
| Connector | $20,000 – $49,999 | 5% | 3 × Maker NFT |
| Champion | $50,000 – $149,999 | 7% | 3 × Luminary NFT |
| Ambassador | $150,000 – $499,999 | 8% | 5 × Luminary NFT |
| Legend | $500,000+ | 9% (maximum) | 10 × Luminary NFT |
Group Volume (GV) is calculated on the ENTIRE group volume across all generations (not just F1/F2). GV counts the USDT portion from both PRE-SALE and MICE purchases.
B.5.2 Differential Growth Formula
Each participant qualifies for one award rate based on total direct community volume. If a direct sub-group qualifies for an equal or higher rate, no differential award is paid on that sub-group.
B.5.3 Worked Example
| Participant | Group Volume | Qualified Rank / Rate | Award Calculation |
|---|---|---|---|
| A (Hub Leader) | $60,000 | Champion / 7% | — |
| B (Direct Sub-Group) | $25,000 | Connector / 5% | 7% − 5% = 2% × $25,000 = $500 USDT |
Example Result: A receives $500 USDT Community Growth Award from B's sub-group. B receives the full 5% award on their own community volume. No volume is rewarded twice — the differential mechanism eliminates double-counting.
B.5.4 Conditions & Safeguards
| Rule | Description |
|---|---|
| Scope | Direct sub-groups only — no multi-level differential chain |
| Payment Currency | USDT — on-chain, verifiable |
| Maximum Award Rate | 9% of group volume — hard cap (Legend tier) |
| Rank Basis | One qualifying rank per wallet based on total GV at time of distribution |
| Total Cap | ≤ 9% of total PRE-SALE + MICE proceeds |
| Termination | Permanently disabled upon PRE-SALE closure (for PRE-SALE portion) |
PRE-SALE Summary: PRE-SALE supports controlled ecosystem expansion through the Mission Ambassador Program, the Community Growth Award, disciplined vesting, transparent execution, and anti-sybil safeguards.
All Mission Ambassador Program and Community Growth Award mechanisms are permanently disabled upon PRE-SALE closure.
MICE Participation Access Structure
MICE Network Participation Credential — Participation Access Structure
Compliance Note: MICE is a time-bound network participation credential, not a token and not an investment instrument. Costs associated with MICE distribution are classified as market activation and onboarding costs. They do not represent protocol yield, investment return, or recurring rewards.
C.1 Purpose & Role of MICE
MICE grants holders eligibility to participate in protocol-governed allocation during a fixed activation period. It is the access credential to the Mission Chain protocol participation framework, not a financial instrument or investment product.
| Aspect | Description |
|---|---|
| Instrument Type | Protocol participation credential |
| Core Function | Access to protocol-governed allocation during approved participation periods |
| Minting Rights | Does not mint MIC — only accesses existing emission schedule under approved rules |
| Investment Nature | Not an investment product |
| Yield Guarantee | None — no guaranteed return of any kind |
C.2 Supply & Lifecycle
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum Supply | 100,000 MICE credentials — hard cap, immutable |
| Activation Period | 360 days per credential from activation date |
| Expiry | Automatic after the 360-day activation period — no manual action needed |
| Recycling | Expired MICE credentials reclaimed by protocol and reissued by DAO vote |
| Effect on Total Emission | None — only active MICE count affects per-participant distribution |
Key Principle — Emission Isolation: Issued MICE supply does not affect total MIC emission. The full 85% protocol allocation (5,950,000,000 MIC) is emitted on schedule regardless of how many MICE credentials are active. Only the number of active MICE on a given day affects how the daily allocation pool is divided among participants, not the total amount emitted.
C.3 Round-Based Pricing Structure
MICE credentials are distributed in 5 fixed rounds of 20,000 credentials each (100,000 total max). Each round has a predetermined USD price that increases progressively. The price is NOT determined by DEX liquidity — it is fixed per-round and advances only when the previous round sells out. Round transitions are DAO-governed and cannot be skipped.
| Round | MICE Serial # | Price (USD) | Band |
|---|---|---|---|
| Round 1 | 1 – 20,000 | $100 | Early Stage |
| Round 2 | 20,001 – 40,000 | $200 | Growth |
| Round 3 | 40,001 – 60,000 | $300 | Expansion |
| Round 4 | 60,001 – 80,000 | $400 | Mature |
| Round 5 | 80,001 – 100,000 | $500 | Premium |
Payment Structure: Each MICE purchase is settled as 50% USDT + 50% MIC (Burned). The USDT portion flows to the Revenue Router; the MIC portion is burned on-chain, reducing total circulating supply. The MIC amount is calculated at the moment of purchase, using whichever is lower of the spot price and the 7-day TWAP, to ensure the 50/50 USD-value split. Taking the lower of the two prevents a short-lived price spike from reducing the MIC burned. Until the liquidity pool is seeded, a fixed bootstrap price of $0.01 is used instead. This dual-payment mechanism creates natural buy-burn pressure on MIC while the protocol receives stable liquidity in USDT.
C.4 Protocol Participation Rules
| Rule | Description |
|---|---|
| Eligibility | Active MICE only — expired credentials no longer participate in protocol allocation |
| Allocation Period | Limited to 360-day activation window — no extension possible |
| Emission Impact | No change to total MIC emission per active credential count |
| Auditability | On-chain, fully transparent — all participation and allocation records verifiable |
C.5 MIC Protocol Allocation Distribution (85% of Total Supply)
The full 85% protocol emission allocation (5,950,000,000 MIC) is distributed daily via the Adaptive Emission Engine across five pools. The split below governs how each day's total emission E(t) is allocated.
| Allocation Target | Share of Daily Emission E(t) |
|---|---|
| MICE Participants | 59% |
| Staking | 25% |
| DAO Treasury | 10% |
| Community NFT Allocation | 5% |
| MFP-NFT Reward | 1% |
| Total | 100% |
C.6 MICE Participation Allocation Formula
MinerPct(t) = 59% − max(0, (90−t)/90) × 10% (Early Staking Boost: 49%→59% over first 90 days)
Total protocol emission remains fixed · Per-credential allocation reflects relative participation · No inflation amplification
| Variable | Meaning |
|---|---|
| E(t) | Total MIC emitted on day t — governed by Hindex Algorithm |
| Nt | Total active MICE credentials on day t across all participants |
| Mi | Active MICE credentials held by participant i on day t |
| RMICE,i(t) | Daily MIC allocation for participant i on day t |
| MinerPct(t) | MICE participants' share of daily emission — ramps 49%→59% linearly over first 90 days (Early Staking Boost), then fixed at 59% |
Formula Interpretation: Each participant's daily allocation is proportional to their share of total active MICE credentials on that day. A participant holding 10 MICE when 1,000 are active is allocated 1% of the 59% MICE participant pool. Because E(t) varies by day under the Hindex Algorithm, daily allocations are not fixed and reflect both the participant's relative share and the protocol's current emission rate. No daily allocation amount is guaranteed.
C.7 Mission Ambassador Program (MICE Sale)
Mission Chain rewards those who carry the message forward — not because we need marketing, but because we believe the people closest to the community should share in the ecosystem's early growth. Rewards are transparent, capped, time-limited, and recorded on-chain.
C.7.1 Direct Referral (F1) & Indirect Referral (F2)
| Referral Type | Reward | Currency |
|---|---|---|
| Direct Referral (F1) | 7% of sale value | USDT (on-chain) |
| Indirect Referral (F2) | 3% of sale value | USDT (on-chain) |
Ambassador Eligibility: A referrer must be an active MICE participant or a Community NFT holder before receiving Direct Referral. Mission Invite relationships are recorded on-chain at the point of sale.
C.7.2 Community Growth Award
Community Growth Award recognizes Hub Leaders who build healthy local communities. It uses the same differential mechanism as PRE-SALE and pays only on the growth gap, not on duplicated volume. GV counts USDT portion from both PRE-SALE and MICE purchases.
| Rank | GV Threshold (USD) | Qualified Award Rate | One-Time Community NFT Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Believer | $0 – $4,999 | 0% | — |
| Builder | $5,000 – $19,999 | 3% | 3 × Builder NFT |
| Connector | $20,000 – $49,999 | 5% | 3 × Maker NFT |
| Champion | $50,000 – $149,999 | 7% | 3 × Luminary NFT |
| Ambassador | $150,000 – $499,999 | 8% | 5 × Luminary NFT |
| Legend | $500,000+ | 9% (maximum) | 10 × Luminary NFT |
C.8 Revenue Allocation from MICE Sales
| Allocation Category | USDT Share |
|---|---|
| Referral (Direct 7% + Indirect 3%) | 10% |
| Marketing & Sales | 25% |
| Management & Operational | 7.5% |
| DAO Treasury | 12.5% |
| Listing Reserve | 5% |
| Liquidity Pool + Buffer | 40% |
| Total | 100% |
MICE Revenue Allocation: 50% of MICE price is paid in MIC (burned), 50% in USDT. The USDT portion follows the same allocation as Pre-Sale: 10% Referral, 25% Marketing & Sales, 7.5% Management, 57.5% Net Capital.
C.9 Guardrails & Compliance
| Safeguard | Description |
|---|---|
| Guaranteed Returns | None — MICE is an access credential, not a yield instrument |
| Refund After Activation | Not allowed — activation is final and irreversible |
| Emission Manipulation | Not allowed — total emission schedule is immutable and on-chain |
| Auditability | On-chain, fully transparent — all purchase and incentive records verifiable |
| Governance | DAO-controlled within protocol bounds — price bands and recycling rules |
Appendix C Summary: MICE establishes a disciplined, time-bound network participation credential with fixed round-based pricing, a dual-payment structure (50% USDT + 50% MIC burned), and protocol-governed allocation distribution. By enforcing fixed price rounds, capped Mission Ambassador Program costs, instant buy & burn mechanics, and transparent on-chain revenue allocation, Mission Chain supports MIC utility and long-term ecosystem stability. MICE is not a financial product and does not promise any return.
Economic Specification
D.1 Economic Design Philosophy
MissionChain's economic model is built on three foundational principles that ensure sustainable value creation and community-driven growth:
1. Activity-Anchored Value
Token value is derived from genuine ecosystem activity—MICE activations, staking participation, and community engagement—rather than speculative mechanics. Emission is continuously adjusted based on real-time protocol activity and an internal allocation-pressure index to maintain equilibrium between supply and utility.
2. Anti-Inflationary Design
Multiple deflationary mechanisms (automatic burn, MICE buyback, governance burns, and inactivity reclaim) ensure that aggregate token supply naturally compresses over time, creating natural scarcity as the ecosystem matures. Total active supply will decrease even as mining continues.
3. Community-Owned Growth
The DAO Treasury controls 10% of protocol emissions. Governance participation follows the approved MFP eligibility rule, while Community NFTs remain separate incentive credentials and do not change MIC staking mechanics.
D.2 Adaptive Emission Engine
Protocol Allocation Structure (85% = 5,950,000,000 MIC)
The protocol allocation pool—85% of total supply—is distributed across four economic functions with dynamic guardrails:
| Pool | % of Mining | MIC Allocation | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| MICE Participants | 59% | 3,510,500,000 | MICE participation allocation |
| Staking | 25% | 1,487,500,000 | MIC staking allocation (all holders) |
| DAO Treasury | 10% | 595,000,000 | Ecosystem dev, partnerships, reserves |
| Community NFT Allocation | 5% | 297,500,000 | Community NFT incentive allocation |
| MFP-NFT Reward | 1% | 59,500,000 | MFP-NFT holder allocation |
Emission Formula
The core adaptive emission engine uses four independent modulation factors:
Where:
- E₀ = 750,000 MIC/day — Ceiling issuance rate at t = 0
- λ ≈ 0.000237 day⁻¹ — Exponential decay constant (T_half = 8 years)
- D(t) = 0.5 + U(t) — Demand factor: range [0.5, 1.5] based on ecosystem activity score
- L(H) = clamp(H / 110, 0.02, 2.0) — Liquidity-coverage regulator, where H is protocol liquidity divided by the value of one day of issuance, expressed in days. Rate of change limited to ±10% per day
- A(N) = min(1, √(N / 10,000)) — Adoption ramp tied to the number of active mining credentials N
- G = clamp(TWAP7d / TWAP30d, 0.25, 1.0) — Trend damper, capped at 1.0 so it can only reduce issuance
- W(t) = min(1.0, t / 30 days) — WarmUp factor: linear ramp from 0% to 100% over first 30 days
W(t) Explanation: The warmup factor ensures that full emission rates are not reached until day 30, giving the liquidity pool time to stabilize and preventing initial price volatility. On Day 1, E(1) = E_base(1) × D(1) × L(1) × (1/30) × A(1) — a small fraction of the ceiling rate.
Demand Factor D(t)
The demand factor measures ecosystem health through an Activity Score U(t) that incorporates:
- MICE credentials issued this period (weight 30%)
- Staking pool TVL growth rate (weight 25%)
- Active miner count (weight 20%)
- Community NFT burn rate (weight 15%)
- Token price momentum (weight 10%)
When U(t) = 0 (no activity), D(t) = 0.5 (50% of base). When U(t) = 1.0 (peak activity), D(t) = 1.5 (150% of base).
Liquidity-Coverage Regulator L(H)
Issuance is governed by a single on-chain measure of liquidity coverage. H is defined as the protocol pool's liquidity divided by the value of one day of issuance, and is therefore expressed in days: it answers how many days of newly issued MIC the pool could absorb. The target is 110 days.
L(H) = clamp(H / 110, 0.02, 2.0). When coverage sits below target, issuance is reduced; when it sits above, issuance is permitted to rise. The regulator may move by at most 10% per day, so it adjusts gradually rather than in steps. A second factor, the trend damper G, is applied on top of L(H) and is described under Price Stabilization. All inputs are read from on-chain state; no operator sets them.
This replaces the earlier allocation-pressure formulation. It is a technical protocol parameter, not a forward-looking forecast, and it does not represent any guaranteed outcome.
Pool Split Guardrails
While the baseline split is Miners 59% / Staking 25% / DAO Treasury 10% / Community NFT Allocation 5%, the system enforces dynamic guardrails to prevent extreme scenarios:
| Pool | Min % | Max % | Trigger |
|---|---|---|---|
| MICE Participants | 50% | 70% | Maintain participation-allocation floor while limiting dominance |
| Staking | 25% | 35% | Ensure staking allocation sustainability |
| DAO Treasury | 5% | 10% | Fund ecosystem development |
| Community NFT Allocation | 3% | 10% | Flexible community incentive allocation |
Early Staking Boost (Days 1–90)
To encourage staking participation during launch, the system temporarily reallocates 10% from miners to staking over the first 90 days:
This means:
- Day 1: Miners 50% / Staking 30% (boost +10%)
- Day 45: Miners 55% / Staking 25% (+5% boost remaining)
- Day 90+: Miners 59% / Staking 25% (permanent ratio)
D.3 Deflationary Mechanisms
MissionChain implements multiple deflationary mechanisms to create natural scarcity and offset printing:
Protocol Burn Drivers
MissionChain's supply-compression mechanics come from usage-linked burn flows, governance-approved burn actions where implemented, and other deflationary behaviors tied to ecosystem activity. The dedicated 5% emission allocation is not a burn bucket; it is reserved for Community NFT incentive allocation.
Community NFT Allocation (5% of Emission)
5% of total protocol emission (~297.5M MIC) is allocated to the Community NFT Allocation pool, distributed to active Community NFT holders (Builder, Maker, Luminary) based on their NFT multiplier and participation duration. This creates a sustainable incentive tied directly to ecosystem engagement.
Governance Burn
MFP-NFT votes that pass via DAO governance require a 500 MIC burn per vote to prevent spam. Over a 5–10 year governance lifetime, this accumulates to millions of MIC in burned voting fees.
Inactivity Reclaim
Any inactivity-reclaim mechanism is a future governance option only and is not an active canonical rule in the current approved master docs unless separately documented.
Supply Compression Overview
Because burn outcomes depend on real usage, governance decisions, and market behavior, MissionChain does not present a fixed lifetime burn guarantee in the canonical docs. What is fixed is the emission split, including the dedicated Community NFT Allocation allocation.
Result: Net circulating supply may compress over time depending on burn activity, staking behavior, and treasury decisions, but it is not represented here as a guaranteed fixed percentage outcome.
D.4 Staking Economics
Staking Allocation Formula
MIC staking allocation is distributed proportionally based on individual stake weight (amount × time-lock bonus). Staking is a pure MIC mechanism and operates independently from NFT ownership.
Where W_i = MIC_staked × timelock_bonus, and E_staking(t) is the staking pool emission for that epoch (25% of total emission).
Time-Lock Multipliers (No NFT Involvement)
Staking is a pure MIC protocol. Longer lock periods receive exponential allocation multipliers based on time commitment alone:
| Lock Duration | Multiplier | Allocation Weight | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 30 days | ×1.0 | Baseline weight | Baseline |
| 90 days | ×1.6 | +60% over baseline | Enhanced lock |
| 180 days | ×2.6 | +160% over baseline | Extended lock |
| 360 days | ×5.0 | 5× baseline weight | Full-year lock — highest allocation weight |
Locked MIC Participation
Vesting-locked MIC tokens (from SEED Round, Pre-Sale, or other allocations with time-based unlocking schedules) are fully eligible to participate in staking. Staking operates purely at the MIC level with no NFT involvement:
- Full Time-Lock Multiplier: Locked MIC receives the complete time-lock multiplier (×5.0 for 360d lock) with no reduction
- Unlocked Allocations: Staking allocations earned from locked MIC are immediately unlocked and freely transferable, not subject to vesting
- Minimum Staking Lock: Minimum 360 days (12 months) lock period for staking participation
- Unrestricted Amount: Staking is allowed without per-address or per-NFT caps (NFTs are used for designated USDT incentive distributions only, not staking)
Example: A user staking 100,000 MIC for 360 days receives: 100K × ×5.0 = 500K effective weight. If total staking pool weight is 100M, this staker is allocated 0.2% of all staking emissions that epoch. This calculation applies equally whether the MIC is locked or unlocked. NFT ownership does not affect staking allocation.
Long-Term Staking Support
Staking allocation is funded by 25% of daily issuance. Because issuance decays with an 8-year half-life rather than a 6-month one, that source remains material for decades, and no separate reserve is needed to keep it alive.
Should the DAO ever judge additional support necessary, it may allocate a governed portion of its own treasury MIC on a quarterly basis, subject to a treasury vote. That is a governance decision taken at the time, not a standing automated program.
D.5 Revenue Projections & MICE Economics
MICE 5-Round Structure
The MICE credential model generates revenue through 5 ascending price tiers, with 20,000 credentials per round (100,000 max):
| Round | Licenses (1–20,000) | Price/MICE | MIC Value (50% Burned) | USDT (50%) | Round Revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Round 1 | 1–20,000 | $100 | $50 | $50 | $2M |
| Round 2 | 20,001–40,000 | $200 | $100 | $100 | $4M |
| Round 3 | 40,001–60,000 | $300 | $150 | $150 | $6M |
| Round 4 | 60,001–80,000 | $400 | $200 | $200 | $8M |
| Round 5 | 80,001–100,000 | $500 | $250 | $250 | $10M |
| TOTAL MICE REVENUE | $30M gross ($15M USDT) | ||||
MICE USDT Revenue Allocation ($15M total)
The 50% USDT portion from MICE sales is allocated as follows:
| Category | % of Revenue | Amount (USD) | Functions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Referral | 10% | $1,500,000 | Direct Referral 7%, Indirect Referral 3% — paid per purchase; any unspent share flows to Milestones & Incentives |
| Marketing & Sales | 25% | $3,750,000 | Community Growth Award 9%, Monthly Community Reward 8%, Weekly Growth Reward 5.5%, Milestones & Incentives 1.5%, Lucky Draw 1% |
| Management & Operations | 7.5% | $1,125,000 | Founder 1.5%, Architect 1%, CTO 0.5%, Social Media 0.5%, Global Training 0.5%, Tech Team 1%, Bonus 2.5% |
| NET CAPITAL (57.5%) | $8,625,000 | ||
| DAO Treasury | 12.5% | $1,875,000 | World Dev 2.5%, App Add-Ons 5%, Reserved 5% |
| Listing Reserve | 5% | $750,000 | Held to seed an external market when the protocol lists; DAO-governed, 24-hour timelock |
| Liquidity Pool + Buffer | 40% | $6,000,000 | Auto transferred to Liquidity Contract |
Revenue Scenarios
MICE adoption depends on ecosystem traction. Three scenarios illustrate financial outcomes:
| Scenario | Licenses Sold | Timeline | USDT Revenue | Impact on Supply |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Conservative | 30,000 (30%) | 18–24 months | $3M | ~90M MIC burned, 9% deflationary |
| Base Case | 60,000 (60%) | 12–18 months | $9M | ~180M MIC burned, 9% deflationary |
| Optimistic | 100,000 (100%) | 9–12 months | $15M | ~240M MIC burned, 10%+ deflationary |
D.6 Token Price Model
MissionChain's token price is modeled as a function of network effects, staking ratio, and scarcity:
Where:
- N(t) — Network size (active miners + stakers), grows with adoption
- S(t) — Staking ratio (staked MIC / circulating), higher = more confidence
- C(t) — Circulating supply (decreases due to deflationary mechanisms)
- k — Scaling constant (determined by market conditions)
This model captures:
- Metcalfe's Law: Price grows with network value (N²), not linearly
- Confidence Signal: Higher staking ratio indicates stronger belief in fundamentals
- Scarcity Multiplier: As supply shrinks, price increases inversely
Conservative Estimate: If N grows 10x, S increases to 40%, and C decreases 10%, then P = k × 100 × 1.4 / 0.1 = 1,400k. This suggests a 10–100x price appreciation potential over 5 years if adoption assumptions hold.
D.7 Budget Allocations Across Rounds

See Revenue Projections (section D.5) for detailed breakdown: Referral 10%, Marketing 25%, Management 7.5%, Net Capital 57.5%.
D.8 Circuit Breakers & Emergency Controls
To prevent extreme market conditions and protect the ecosystem, MissionChain implements automated and governance-controlled circuit breakers:
Cumulative Emission Cap
The total emitted from the protocol allocation pool cannot exceed 5,950,000,000 MIC (hard cap). Once reached, the primary protocol allocation phase stops permanently and only DAO Treasury allocations continue (if voting approved).
Daily Emission Cap
No single day can emit more than 2× the calculated E_base(t). This prevents sudden spikes from D(t) or L(H) anomalies. If demand factor temporarily soars, excess is deferred to next cycle.
Price Floor
The protocol applies two independent brakes on issuance, both computed on-chain from the protocol pool's own time-weighted average price. Neither requires an operator to act, and neither can be switched on or off manually.
- Trend damper G: G = clamp(TWAP7d / TWAP30d, 0.25, 1.0), applied as a multiplier on the issuance regulator L(H). When the 7-day average sits below the 30-day average, issuance is reduced in proportion. G is capped at 1.0, so it can only slow issuance, never accelerate it.
- Emergency brake: if the 7-day average falls below 50% of the pool's opening reference price, L(H) is held at its floor of 0.02 until the average recovers. The brake engages and releases automatically.
These brakes exist because the liquidity-coverage index H measures the pool's capacity to absorb issuance, not the health of the price. The two diverge: when price falls, each day of issuance is worth less, so coverage rises. H alone would therefore respond in the wrong direction, which is why G and the emergency brake are part of the protocol from launch rather than a later addition.
Unstake Rate Limit
No more than 10% of staked MIC pool can be unstaked in a single day. This prevents panic withdrawals and liquidity crises. Longer lockup periods are given priority in unstake queue.
Emergency Pause (DAO Governance)
The DAOGovernor contract can execute emergency pause through the approved emergency governance process with Standing Committee 3/5 and NO timelock delay. Paused scenarios:
- Security incident (smart contract exploit detected)
- Black swan event (major market crash, regulatory crisis)
- Economic anomaly (hyperinflation, flash crash)
Pause freezes all emissions, stakes, and mining but does not lock or burn tokens. Recovery requires a separate governance action to resume under the approved emergency governance process.
Warning: Emergency pause is a last resort. It is intended to require explicit multi-party coordination under the approved emergency governance process, and production implementation should satisfy that standard before operational reliance. Once activated, community must vote to resume, ensuring transparency.
NFT System
E.1 NFT Architecture Overview
The MissionChain ecosystem features two complementary NFT types that serve distinct roles in governance, incentivization, and community engagement:
Type 1: Community NFTs
- Supply: Unlimited (minted based on KPI and ecosystem performance)
- Governance: NO DAO voting rights
- Purpose: Reward regular members, miners, and promoters for contributions
- Tiers: Builder (×1.0), Maker (×2.5), Luminary (×5.0)
Type 2: MFP — Mission Founders Pass
- Supply: Maximum 2,500 (hard cap)
- Governance: DAO eligibility asset when the approved staking rule is met
- Purpose: Strategic allocation to founders, core investors, and key partners
- Reward Weight: ×10
- Duration: Lifetime permanent ownership
E.2 Community NFT Tiers (Type 1)
| Tier | Name | Multiplier | Reward Duration | Reward Scope |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Builder | Formerly Silver | ×1.0 | 60 days | Incentive-only |
| Maker | Formerly Gold | ×2.5 | 90 days | Incentive-only |
| Luminary | Formerly Platinum | ×5.0 | 180 days | Incentive-only |
Distribution & Upgrades
Community NFTs are minted based on ecosystem contributions including referral performance, community building activities, and content creation. When a member achieves a higher tier, the lower tier NFT is replaced (e.g., Maker replaces Builder). Members hold only the highest tier NFT they have earned.
Community NFTs provide designated incentive eligibility and duration tracking, but confer no governance voting rights and do not change MIC staking allocation. They are tools for recognizing participation and contributions within the broader ecosystem.
E.3 MFP — Mission Founders Pass (Type 2)
Core Specifications
- Token Standard: ERC-721 on BSC
- Maximum Supply: 2,500 hard cap
- Reward Weight: ×10
- DAO Eligibility Rule: MFP + minimum 100,000 MIC staked + remaining lock ≥ 360 days
- Duration: Lifetime (permanent ownership, no expiration)
Distribution & Governance
MFP-NFTs are distributed exclusively as bundled packages within the SEED round. They serve as the DAO eligibility asset and carry designated incentive weight, but they do not change MIC staking multipliers. Individual MFP-NFT sales are NOT permitted; acquisition is restricted to SEED round packages.
Important: MFP-NFTs cannot be purchased or traded as standalone assets. They are only available as part of SEED round investment packages. This ensures strategic alignment and prevents speculative trading that could dilute governance authority.
E.4 Staking — Pure MIC Protocol (25% of Emission)
Staking is a pure MIC mechanism that operates independently from NFT ownership. The 25% staking pool (E_staking) is distributed to all stakers based on their MIC amount and lock duration only. NFTs do NOT provide multipliers in staking.
Staking Allocation Formula
W_i = staked_i × mult_time
Where staked_i is the amount of MIC staked by a user, and mult_time is the time-lock multiplier based on duration.
Time-Lock Multipliers (Staking Only)
Staking allocation increases with longer lock periods. These multipliers apply to all stakers equally, regardless of NFT ownership:
| Lock Duration | Multiplier | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 30 days | ×1.0 | Baseline |
| 90 days | ×1.6 | Enhanced lock |
| 180 days | ×2.6 | Extended lock |
| 360 days | ×5.0 | Full-year lock — 5× baseline allocation weight |
Locked MIC Staking Eligibility
Vesting-locked MIC tokens participate in staking with full allocation benefits:
- Full Time-Lock Multiplier: Locked MIC receives the complete time-lock multiplier (×5.0 for 360d lock) with no penalties
- Unlocked Allocations: All staking allocations generated from locked MIC are immediately unlocked and freely transferable, independent of the underlying MIC's vesting schedule
- Minimum Staking Lock: Staked MIC requires a minimum lock period of 360 days (12 months)
- Unrestricted Amount: Staking is allowed without per-address or per-NFT caps
Key Point: NFT ownership does NOT grant staking multipliers. Staking multipliers depend ONLY on lock duration. NFT multipliers are used exclusively for designated USDT incentive distributions (Weekly Growth, Monthly Community, Lucky Draw).
E.5 DAO Participation Requirements
Only MFP-NFT holders are eligible to participate in MissionChain's decentralized governance and vote on protocol decisions, treasury allocation, and system upgrades. Community NFTs (Builder, Maker, Luminary) have NO DAO voting rights.
Governance Participation Rule
MissionChain no longer uses Guardian / Council / Senator rank tiers as an active canonical rule. Governance eligibility is based on holding at least 1 MFP-NFT, meeting the approved MIC staking threshold, and maintaining the required remaining lock duration.
Minimum Governance Requirements
- MFP-NFT Ownership: Minimum 1 MFP-NFT to vote
- Governance Staking: Minimum 100,000 MIC staked for governance eligibility
- Remaining Lock Duration: Minimum 360 days of remaining lock time to participate in governance
- Voting Weight Calculation: Only UNLOCKED MIC counts toward governance voting weight. Locked MIC staked for governance does not contribute to voting power but must maintain 360+ days minimum lock.
DAO participation is restricted to MFP-NFT holders to ensure governance authority remains concentrated among founding members and strategic partners with long-term alignment. Staking for governance is separate from regular MIC staking and serves as a participation commitment mechanism.
E.6 USDT Reward Pools — Detailed Distribution
Three designated USDT incentive pools are funded from PRE-SALE and MICE revenue (combined). NFT multipliers apply EXCLUSIVELY to these pool distributions — they do NOT apply to MIC staking allocation.
E.6.1 Weekly Growth Reward (5.5% of Revenue)
FIXED 5.5% pool split into two sub-pools:
- Community NFT Pool (5%): Distributed to Community NFTs issued within the current week (Builder ×1, Maker ×2.5, Luminary ×5 weighted shares)
- MFP-NFT Pool (0.5%): Distributed separately to MFP-NFT holders (×10 incentive weight)
A. Milestone NFT Rewards (count-based, in addition to USDT):
| Milestone | NFT Reward |
|---|---|
| Introduce 3 F1 who buy ≥ $100 (Pre-Sale / MICE) | 1 × Builder NFT |
| Introduce 5 F1 who buy ≥ $100 | 1 × Maker NFT |
| Introduce 10 F1 who buy ≥ $100 | 1 × Luminary NFT (counter resets, new circle restarts) |
B. USDT Pool Distribution: Weekly auto-calculated. Snapshot at 24:00 Sunday GMT. Distribution is proportional to tier multiplier within each sub-pool.
E.6.2 Monthly Community Reward (8% of Revenue)
FIXED 8% pool split into two sub-pools, recognizing loyalty (ALL active NFTs qualify regardless of issue date):
- Community NFT Pool (7.5%): Distributed to ALL active Community NFT holders (Builder ×1, Maker ×2.5, Luminary ×5 weighted)
- MFP-NFT Pool (0.5%): Distributed to MFP-NFT holders (×10 incentive weight)
Monthly auto-calculated, DAO-approved before distribution.
E.6.3 Weekly Lucky Draw (1% of Revenue, CAP $5,000/week)
Community NFT (Active) serial numbers are used as Lucky Draw entries. MFP-NFT does NOT participate in Lucky Draw.
| Prize | Winners | Share of Pool | Example (@ $5,000 pool) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prize #1 | 1 | 30% | $1,500 |
| Prize #2 | 2 | 10% each | $500 each |
| Prize #3 | 5 | 5% each | $250 each |
| Consolation | 10 | 2.5% each | $125 each |
Total distribution @ $5,000 pool: 1×$1,500 + 2×$500 + 5×$250 + 10×$125 = $5,000 (100% of pool used).
E.6.4 NFT Multiplier Matrix (Pool Participation)
| Tier | Multiplier | Weekly Growth (5.5%) | Monthly Community (8%) | Lucky Draw (1%) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Builder | ×1.0 | ✓ Community 5% | ✓ Community 7.5% | ✓ Eligible |
| Maker | ×2.5 | ✓ Community 5% | ✓ Community 7.5% | ✓ Eligible |
| Luminary | ×5.0 | ✓ Community 5% | ✓ Community 7.5% | ✓ Eligible |
| MFP-NFT | ×10 | ✓ MFP Pool 0.5% | ✓ MFP Pool 0.5% | ❌ Excluded |
Critical Distinction: NFT multipliers apply ONLY to the designated USDT incentive pools above (Weekly Growth, Monthly Community, Lucky Draw). MIC staking is a separate pure-MIC mechanism with time-lock multipliers only (30d=1×, 90d=1.25×, 180d=1.5×, 360d=2×). NFT ownership does not grant any staking multipliers.
E.7 Pre-Sale NFT Bonuses
Pre-Sale participants receive Community NFT bonuses based on their package tier. These NFTs participate in Weekly Growth, Monthly Community, and Lucky Draw distributions (USDT only). They do NOT provide staking multipliers.
| Package | Investment | MIC Allocation | NFT Bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Package Builder | $1,000 | 200,000 MIC | Builder NFT (60d) |
| Package Maker | $2,500 | 500,000 MIC | Maker NFT (90d) |
| Package Luminary | $5,000 | 1,000,000 MIC | Luminary NFT (180d) |
All NFT bonuses are delivered with the Pre-Sale purchase and are immediately eligible to participate in designated USDT incentive distributions (Weekly Growth, Monthly Community, Lucky Draw). MIC staking is independent and does not require NFT ownership.
Liquidity Pool & Buffer
F.1 Liquidity Architecture
- DEX/CEX Listing allocation: 1.50% = 105,000,000 MIC at deploy
- Deployment: the 105M was split 31.5M into LiquidityPool v5 and 73.5M into the Listing Reserve Vault. The 31.5M was burned on 5 August 2026; of the remainder, 50M seeds the protocol liquidity pool and 23.5M is held to open an external market.
- Additional liquidity: Funded from 40% of MICE USDT revenue + 40% of PreSale Net Capital
- Phase 1: Buffer only (receive USDT, hold locked MIC)
- Phase 2: SWAP two-way trading opens; coverage regulator and automatic brake active
F.2 LiquidityPool.sol Contract
Core State Variables
- Protocol pool MIC: 50,000,000 MIC seeded at launch. It leaves only when someone buys it, and the USDT paid stays in the pool.
- Purpose: Permanent liquidity backing for MIC/USDT trading pair
Phase 1 Functions
- depositUSDT(): Accept USDT inflows from MICE revenue and PreSale allocations
- getLockedMIC(): View-only function to display permanently locked MIC balance
Phase 2 Functions
- addToSWAP(): Requires DAOGovernor structural vote (7-day timelock) to move MIC from buffer to active liquidity provision
- withdrawMICForCEX(): Requires DAOGovernor structural vote (7-day timelock) for centralized exchange withdrawals
- depositMIC(): Reserve deposit function used when MIC is placed into protocol-held reserves
F.3 USDT Liquidity Sources
| Source | % to Liquidity | Amount (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| SEED Round | 40% of Net Capital | $100,000 |
| Pre-Sale | 40% of Net Capital | $330,000 |
| MICE Credential USDT | 40% of Net Capital | $6,000,000 |
| Total Liquidity Pool | $6,430,000 | |
These funds accumulate while the protocol pool is the only venue, and are deployed to establish liquidity for a MIC/USDT pair on an external exchange once the protocol reaches its listing phase.
F.4 Listing Reserve
Purpose
- Allocation: 5% of MICE USDT revenue = $750,000
- Goal: Fund the opening of an external market for MIC
- Governance: DAO-controlled, with a 24-hour timelock on any withdrawal
The protocol liquidity pool is closed-loop: USDT that enters it can never leave. Seeding an external exchange pair therefore requires funding from a separate source, and this reserve is that source. It accumulates and is deployed once, as a single DAO-approved act of opening a market.
What this reserve does not do
This fund does not purchase MIC to support the price. There is no price trigger, no moving-average condition, and no automated market operation of any kind. The protocol controls issuance, not price; opening a market is not the same as intervening in one.
An earlier version of this document described a mechanism that bought MIC whenever the price fell below a 30-day average. That design was removed in August 2026, before any code implementing it existed.
Long-term staking support
Staking allocation is funded by 25% of daily issuance, which under an 8-year half-life remains material for decades. If the DAO ever judges additional support necessary, it may allocate a governed portion of its own treasury MIC by quarterly vote.
F.5 Price Stabilization Strategy
Protocol Liquidity Pool
The protocol operates its own on-chain liquidity pool for MIC/USDT. Price is the whole pool over the whole float — the effective USDT reserve divided by the MIC reserve — and it is read from the reserves as they stand before a trade, so it is fixed for the duration of that trade. A purchase of $1 and a purchase of $50 receive the same unit price. There is no administrator-set price anywhere in the system.
The price moves between trades, not inside them: each purchase takes MIC out of the pool, so the next buyer pays fractionally more. The movement is proportional to the size of the trade and contains no step.
The pool opens holding MIC and no USDT. To make a two-sided price definable from the first block, the pool is initialised with a fixed virtual reserve — an accounting constant, not a balance, which no party can withdraw. Every real USDT that arrives retires exactly one virtual USDT, so the backing holds steady at its initial size while its composition turns from an accounting entry into real capital. The virtual reserve reaches zero once real reserves equal that initial size; from that point the pool is backed entirely by real assets and deepens with every dollar that arrives. Because the substitution is one-for-one, a deposit changes what the backing is made of and never how much of it there is — the opening price is the same whether the pool receives nothing before it is funded with MIC or the whole of its virtual reserve. Retirement is measured against the highest real reserve ever reached, so it runs one way only: a sale cannot un-retire virtual depth at the moment the pool is weakening.
Solvency invariant: the pool can never pay out more USDT than it actually holds. This is enforced in the contract as a hard requirement on every outbound transfer, independent of what the pricing curve would otherwise quote.
Pool Phases
- Phase 1 — Bootstrap: purchases only. Buying opens the moment the pool holds MIC, because a purchase is paid out in MIC. The sell direction stays closed: a sale is paid out in real money, and until the reserve is real the depth on offer would be an accounting entry rather than something the pool could honour.
- Phase 2 — Two-way: opens once the pool has actually taken in a published amount of real USDT — a quantity, not a date. A calendar cannot know whether the money arrived. Sales are then permitted subject to the daily cap and fee schedule below.
- Phase 3 — External listing: reached when real reserves pass the listing threshold. The pool then operates alongside external venues.
Phase transitions are permissionless functions that verify their own on-chain conditions. There is no operator switch.
Transaction Fees
Fees are set by published formula and cannot be altered by any administrator. The purchase fee is fixed at 0.3%. The sale fee varies with backing — the share of the quoted depth that the pool actually holds in real USDT:
- While the pool is still mostly virtual the sale fee approaches its hard maximum of 15%, fixed as a constant in the contract and not raisable by governance or by any key holder.
- As real capital replaces the virtual reserve the fee falls in proportion, reaching 0% once every dollar the pool can quote is a dollar it holds.
- Backing is read from the pool's own reserves and needs no external report, so the figure cannot go stale. The fee is high exactly when a sale would be a claim on money the pool does not have, and nil once the pool is fully funded.
- All fees remain in the pool, which raises backing and therefore lowers the fee again. The mechanism is self-correcting.
Daily Limits
- Outbound USDT is limited to 5% of real reserves in any rolling 24-hour period.
- A single transaction may not exceed 1% of the MIC reserve.
- A single address may not buy and sell within the same block.
These limits are fixed constants, published in advance, and are not adjustable.
Oracle Infrastructure
- Phase 1–2 — internal: the protocol liquidity pool maintains its own cumulative-price accumulator and publishes a 7-day and a 30-day time-weighted average price. No external oracle is used, and none is required: during these phases the pool is the only venue where MIC trades.
- Window during the first week: the averaging window is min(7 days, pool age), so the reference is well defined from the first day and lengthens as history accumulates.
- Phase 3 — external listing: once MIC is listed on an external exchange, the protocol adds that venue's time-weighted average as a secondary reference. External feeds are introduced only at that point.
On the removed "AI Stabilizer"
An earlier version of this document described an "AI Stabilizer" that would monitor MIC price against a target range and deploy reserved USDT when price fell below support. That design was removed in August 2026, before any code implementing it existed. It is incompatible with the protocol's governing principle: the protocol controls issuance, not price, and it does not operate in its own market.
What replaced it is described above and below — a coverage-driven issuance regulator, a trend damper capped so it can only slow issuance, and an automatic brake. All of them act on how much MIC is created. None of them buys or sells MIC.
Circuit Breaker
- Issuance brake: engages automatically when the 7-day average price falls below 50% of the pool's opening reference price; issuance is held at its floor until the average recovers
- Emergency Pause: DAOGovernor can pause all liquidity operations if price falls below floor
F.6 SWAP — AMM Platform Protocol (live)
LiquidityPoolV6 is Mission Chain's own constant-product market, not a listing on a third-party DEX. It was seeded with 50,000,000 MIC and its opening price is anchored by a virtual reserve of 500,000 USDT — an accounting constant, never a balance.
| Parameter | Value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Virtual reserve retirement | 1 : 1 | Every 1 USDT of real reserve retires exactly 1 USDT of virtual depth, so the backing holds its size while its composition turns real. It reaches zero once real reserves equal the virtual reserve the pool opened with. Measured against the highest real reserve ever reached, so retirement runs one way only. |
| Buy fee | 0.30% | Fixed. |
| Sell fee | 0.00% – 15.00% | Computed from how much of the quoted depth is backed by real USDT: 15% × (1 − backing). Highest while the pool is mostly virtual, nil once it is fully funded. The 15% ceiling is a hard constant: no key holder and no governance vote can raise it. |
| Selling opens | A published amount of real USDT | Buying is open from the moment the pool is seeded, because a purchase is paid out in MIC. Selling waits on real money in the pool — a quantity, not a date. A calendar cannot know whether the money arrived. |
| Maximum single trade | 1% of reserves | No single transaction can move the price arbitrarily. |
| Daily outflow cap | 5% | Bounds what can leave the pool in one day. |
| Ongoing funding | 40% of gross | RevenueRouter forwards the Liquidity share of every Pre-Sale and MICE purchase into the pool inside the same transaction. No administrator moves it. |
The pool has no withdrawal function. There is no admin withdrawal, no rescue path and no timelock that eventually opens one. Assets leave only when a member trades. Tokens transferred directly to the pool address are not credited to its reserves and cannot be recovered — funding from outside must go through the liquidity contract, never to the pool itself.
How the two limits differ. They are often read as one rule stated twice. They are not.
The 1% cap applies to a single transaction, in both directions, measured against the MIC held by the pool. With roughly 50,000,000 MIC in reserve, no one trade may move more than about 500,000 MIC; a larger position must be split. In a constant-product market the price moves further the larger a trade is relative to the pool, so this forces any significant repricing to happen in steps rather than in one stroke. A wallet may also make only one trade per block, so the cap cannot be sidestepped by firing many small trades at once.
The 5% cap applies to a rolling 24 hours, is measured against the pool's real USDT reserve — the virtual reserve is excluded — and is shared by everyone. Only selling consumes it, because only selling takes USDT out; buying does not touch it. Once the day's allowance is used, further sells revert until the window rolls forward. The pool exposes remainingDailyOut() so the figure can be read before trading.
Together they bound two different risks: the first limits a single shock, the second limits a steady drain. Neither prevents anyone from selling — they set the pace, so that the 40% revenue share has time to arrive. Both are constant values compiled into the contract. There is no setter and no governance path to change them; only deploying a new pool would, and the current pool's MIC could not be moved to it.
F.7 Peer-to-Peer market fees
P2P trading settles both sides of a trade in one transaction through an escrow contract, so neither party has to go first. Fees are read from the contracts and are paid by the seller out of the sale.
| Market | Fee | Additional |
|---|---|---|
| MIC ⇆ USDT | 2.5% | — |
| MFP-NFT | 1.5% | Plus a 5% ERC-2981 royalty on every resale. |
| Community NFT | 1.5% | No royalty — the credential does not implement ERC-2981. |
DAO Management
G.1 DAOGovernor Overview
DAOGovernor.sol is the governance engine of MissionChain. It operates alongside the Admin Multisig defined in the Governance Specification: a single Founder EOA during Phase 1 Minimal, migrating to a Gnosis Safe multisig (recommended 2-of-3) for Phase 1 Full and Phase 2. This appendix describes the approved target governance model; implementation details may still be aligned in later phases.
Core Governance Pattern
- Council Contract: DAOGovernor, a five-member council contract. Approval is counted by head — there is no token-weighted or stake-weighted voting anywhere in it.
- Standing Committee: 5 designated multi-sig wallets
- Approval: 3 of 5 Council members. The proposer's own approval counts as the first, so two further signatures carry a proposal.
- All Parameter Changes: Governance only — no direct admin access, no centralized owner
- Timelock Enforcement: All proposals subject to configurable delay before execution (see G.4)
DAOGovernor is the source of truth for all ecosystem decisions: emission adjustments, budget allocations, contract upgrades, and emergency actions. No individual wallet or team holds override authority.
G.2 Governance Structure
The active canonical rule no longer uses Guardian / Council / Senator governance tiers. Governance authority is determined by MFP ownership plus the approved MIC staking and remaining-lock requirements.
Standing Committee
The Standing Committee is a 5-member body of designated wallets responsible for operational oversight and signature authority:
- Approval required: 3 of 5 signers (60% quorum)
- Plus eligible MFP governance participation under the approved business rule
- Members are replaced via Structural vote (7-day timelock)
- No individual member can override or pause votes
How an approval is counted
Approval is counted by head. There is no token-weighted or stake-weighted voting anywhere in the contract:
- One member, one vote: each of the five Council members counts the same
- Threshold: 3 of 5 approvals mark a proposal approved. The proposer's own approval is the first of the three.
- Timelock: once its category's delay has passed, anyone can execute it on-chain
G.3 Participation Requirements
DAO governance participation is exclusive to MFP-NFT holders who meet strict capital-lock and time-lock requirements. This ensures governance participants are long-term stakeholders:
Eligibility Criteria
- MFP-NFT Ownership: Wallet must hold at least 1 MFP-NFT
- Minimum MIC Stake: Wallet must maintain at least 100,000 MIC staked while the MFP-NFT remains active for voting
- Time-Lock Duration: Minimum remaining lock period must be ≥360 days
Community NFTs — No DAO Rights
Community NFTs (Builder, Maker, Luminary) may participate in separate designated incentive programs and ecosystem perks, but do NOT grant DAO voting rights and do NOT change MIC staking weight. Only MFP-NFT holders participate in governance.
Voting Weight Mechanics
Once eligible, a voter's weight is determined by:
G.4 Timelock Categories
All governance actions are subject to delays before execution, ensuring transparency and allowing the community time to react. Three categories define the urgency and timelock window:
| Category | Timelock | Description | Examples |
|---|---|---|---|
| Parameter Changes | 24 hours | Emission adjustments, fee modifications, pool split changes | Pool split ±5%, fee rate updates, reward ratio changes |
| Budget / Treasury | 24 hours | Fund allocation and spending approvals | Marketing budget, team compensation, NFT pool distribution |
| Structural Changes | 7 days | Contract upgrades, critical system decisions, core ecosystem changes | CEX/DEX listing, smart contract migration, Standing Committee member replacement |
| Emergency | No delay | Critical security & safety actions (no timelock) | Pause contracts, circuit breaker activation, emergency containment actions |
Timelock Workflow
- Proposal Submitted: An eligible governance participant creates a proposal under the approved DAO rules
- Voting Period: Community votes for 24-48 hours
- Approval: If the approved governance process and 3/5 Committee confirmation are satisfied, proposal enters timelock queue
- Delay Window: Proposal locked for 24h (Parameter/Budget) or 7d (Structural)
- Execution: After delay, anyone can trigger execution on-chain
G.5 Emergency Powers
Emergency actions bypass the standard timelock to address critical security threats. These are rare, high-stakes decisions that require Standing Committee consensus under the approved emergency governance process:
Emergency Pause Authority
- Activation: Standing Committee 3/5 under the approved emergency governance process
- No timelock: Can execute immediately upon approval
- Scope: Pause all smart contracts simultaneously
Emergency Actions
- Pause mining emission contracts
- Halt staking & NFT incentive distribution
- Apply emergency containment actions to hostile or compromised flows where supported
- Emergency upgrade to patched smart contract
- Activate circuit breaker (see Appendix E)
Post-Emergency Resolution
After any emergency pause, a Structural vote (7-day timelock) must follow to restore normal operations or implement permanent fixes. This prevents abuse of emergency powers and ensures community consensus on recovery.
G.6 MIC Distribution at Deploy
At smart contract deployment, the 15% pre-issued MIC is distributed directly to individual contracts, NOT to a multisig wallet or DAO Treasury. DAOGovernor controls these contracts via AccessControl roles:
| Contract | MIC Allocation | Purpose & Lock Status |
|---|---|---|
| Sale Contracts | 945,000,000 MIC | Seed, Pre-Sale, and other buyer allocations — distributed directly to buyer wallets at purchase, locked via LockManager |
| Liquidity allocation | 105,000,000 MIC | 31,500,000 burned 5 Aug 2026; 73,500,000 in the Listing Reserve Vault (DAO-governed, 7-day withdrawal cooldown) |
| DAOGovernor (Treasury) | 0 MIC | DAO Treasury does NOT hold MIC directly; mining emission allocates to DAO pool |
| LockManager | 0 MIC | Tracks vesting schedules on-chain — does NOT hold MIC tokens |
Hybrid Token-Level Lock Architecture
MissionChain uses a novel on-chain vesting model where purchased MIC tokens go directly to user wallets, not to a custodial contract. LockManager.sol tracks vesting schedules without holding tokens:
- Tokens in Wallets: Buyers see full balance immediately on BSCScan and MetaMask
- Schedules On-Chain: LockManager records unlock dates and amounts per wallet
- Auto-Unlock: Locked tokens unlock automatically per schedule — no claim transaction required
- No Custody Risk: LockManager holds 0 MIC, eliminating smart contract risk for user funds
Why Not Direct Minting to DAO?
- Prevents accidental burns or misallocations
- Vesting schedules execute automatically without DAO involvement
- Liquidity is secured (cannot be DAO-governed away)
- DAO controls via AccessControl (DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE, TREASURY_ROLE) on each contract
- Users maintain direct wallet control — no third-party custody of locked tokens
G.7 DAO Treasury Management
The DAO Treasury accumulates MIC from protocol emission and USDT from MICE / Pre-Sale revenue. Treasury spending requires Budget/Treasury governance votes (24h timelock).
Treasury Sources
- Protocol Allocation: 10% of daily emission (595,000,000 MIC total from the 85% protocol allocation pool)
- MICE Revenue: 12.5% of MICE USDT sales (from $15M USDT portion) = $1,875,000
- Pre-Sale Revenue: 15% of Pre-Sale Net Capital allocation (from $1.5M gross target)
Treasury Spending Categories
| Category | Allocation | Governance Approval |
|---|---|---|
| World Development | DAO-approved treasury program | Budget vote (24h) |
| App Add-Ons & Features | DAO-approved treasury program | Budget vote (24h) |
| Reserved (Strategic) | DAO-approved strategic allocation | Structural vote (7d) |
| Staking support (discretionary) | Quarterly: 10–20% of DAO holdings | Budget vote (24h) |
Quarterly Discretionary Staking Allocation
If the DAO judges it necessary, it may allocate a governed portion of accumulated MIC holdings to the staking allocation pool, subject to treasury votes. This is discretionary and decided at the time; no standing automated program exists.
DAO Governance Principle: All treasury actions, regardless of size, require explicit community vote. No emergency spending, no founder discretion. This builds long-term trust with investors and community members.
Security & Audit
H.1 Security Architecture
MissionChain's current core deployment set is documented as 24 smart contracts on Binance Smart Chain (BSC), within a broader architecture expected to expand over time. The security model is designed with defense-in-depth principles to protect user assets, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain system integrity.
Core Technologies
- OpenZeppelin Contracts v5.x: Audited, battle-tested implementations of ERC-20, ERC-1155, AccessControl, Upgradeable Proxy, and DAO Governor patterns
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): All privileged operations gated by specific roles, eliminating single-point-of-failure owner patterns
- Upgradeable Proxy Pattern: Core contracts deployed via UUPS (Universal Upgradeable Proxy Standard) to support security patches without data migration
- Price Reference: the protocol liquidity pool maintains its own cumulative-price accumulator on-chain and publishes 7-day and 30-day time-weighted averages. No external oracle is used in Phase 1–2; an external venue is added as a secondary reference only after listing
Philosophy: No external admin EOA (externally owned account) should hold unilateral elevated privileges. Privileged actions are intended to flow through DAOGovernor and approved governance processes as the protocol progresses along its decentralization path.
H.2 Smart Contract Audit Strategy
MissionChain implements a multi-phase security assurance protocol to identify and remediate vulnerabilities before deployment and throughout operational life:
Phase 1: Pre-Deployment (Internal)
- Peer code review by all core team engineers
- Automated static analysis via Slither (detects low-level patterns)
- Formal verification via Mythril (proves invariants hold under all conditions)
Phase 2: Third-Party Audit (Pre-Mainnet)
- Engagement of tier-1 audit firms (CertiK, Hacken, or OpenZeppelin Security)
- Full code review, attack vector modeling, and remediation recommendations
- Re-audit of post-remediation code before mainnet launch
Phase 3: Bug Bounty Program (Post-Launch)
- Planned public bug bounty, potentially via Immunefi or a comparable platform, with tiered payouts based on severity
- Continuous incentive for white-hat researchers to identify edge cases in production
Phase 4: Continuous Monitoring (Ongoing)
- Forta Network agents deployed to monitor contract events and state changes for anomalies
- Automated alerts to backend API on suspicious activity (e.g., liquidation cascades, unusual mint spikes)
Audit Report Management
Completed audit reports are intended to be published through official governance and documentation channels, with immutable references or hashes recorded where operationally appropriate.
H.3 Access Control Model
MissionChain employs role-based access control (RBAC) to decouple privilege from identity. The following roles govern all administrative and operational functions:
| Role | Holder | Capabilities |
|---|---|---|
| DEFAULT_ADMIN_ROLE | DAOGovernor | Grant/revoke all roles, upgrade contracts, change parameters |
| MINTER_ROLE | MiningEngine | Mint new MIC tokens from emission pool (subject to Adaptive Emission Engine limits) |
| PAUSER_ROLE | DAOGovernor | Emergency pause designated contracts under the approved emergency process |
| OPERATOR_ROLE | Backend API | Manage KYC allowlist, update Hindex values, queue protocol allocation distributions |
| TREASURY_ROLE | DAOGovernor | Allocate funds from DAO Treasury, initiate burn operations |
Governance Quorum
All role grants/revokes and contract upgrades require a successful DAOGovernor vote:
- Standing Committee: 3/5 core team signers must approve emergency actions (no timelock)
- Timelock by category: parameter changes 24 hours, budget 24 hours, structural 7 days. Emergency actions carry none. The timelock is measured from when the proposal was created, not from when it reached quorum.
No Single Wallet Controls Admin: Unlike traditional Ownable patterns, no individual EOA can unilaterally change contract parameters, pause the system, or mint tokens. This prevents rug-pull vectors and aligns system incentives with long-term community governance.
H.4 Circuit Breakers
Circuit breakers are automated safeguards that halt or throttle protocol operations if predefined thresholds are breached, preventing systemic collapse and protecting user liquidity:
| # | Breaker | Trigger Condition | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| CB-1 | Cumulative Cap | totalEmitted > 5,950,000,000 MIC | Halt all emission; switch to burn-only mode |
| CB-2 | Daily Cap | dailyEmission > 2× E_base(t) | Cap emission to 2× base rate; queue excess for next day |
| CB-3 | Issuance Brake | TWAP7d < 50% of pool opening reference | Hold L(H) at its floor until the average recovers; engages and releases automatically |
| CB-4 | Unstake Limit | unstakeRequest > 10% of pool/day | Queue excess requests for next 24-hour window to prevent cascade |
| CB-5 | Emergency Pause | DAOGovernor vote (Standing Committee 3/5) | Pause all contracts (mining, staking, transfers) with no timelock |
Rationale
- CB-1: Enforces hard cap on total MIC issuance; prevents infinite inflation
- CB-2: Smooths emission volatility; prevents flash-crash scenarios
- CB-3: Protects minimum liquidity value; increases burn to restore price floor
- CB-4: Protects staking pool liquidity; prevents run-on-bank exits
- CB-5: Last-resort protection; allows immediate halting of any protocol without delay
Emergency Pause: If CB-5 is triggered, system enters safe mode. Primary protocol allocation stops, staking allocation halts, and transfers are frozen. DAOGovernor can vote to resume or perform maintenance.
H.5 Identity Verification & Jurisdiction Policy
This section describes the verification Mission Chain actually operates today. Anything not listed here is not enforced by the platform.
Verification implemented today
- Method: email one-time code, followed by phone (SMS) one-time code
- Levels: none → email verified → fully verified
- Storage: held off-chain in the Mission Chain platform database. No identity documents are collected, and no verification status is written on-chain
- Where it applies: the P2P marketplace requires fully verified. SEED, Pre-Sale and MICE credential purchases are open to any wallet and are not gated by verification
Jurisdiction policy — self-certified
- The restricted jurisdictions listed in F.3.3 are a participation policy, not an automated control
- Mission Chain does not collect jurisdiction data, does not perform sanctions or OFAC screening, and does not geo-block. Participation is not automatically rejected on the basis of location
- Each participant is responsible for reading these terms and confirming that participation is lawful where they reside, including any tax obligations. Participating from a restricted jurisdiction is a breach of these terms by that participant
Data handling
- Personal data collected is limited to an email address and a phone number, used for account security and notifications
- On-chain data such as wallet addresses and transactions is public by design and cannot be deleted
Not yet implemented: document-based identity verification, sanctions screening and jurisdiction enforcement are not part of the platform today. If they are introduced, this document and the platform terms will be updated before they take effect.
H.6 Incident Response
MissionChain maintains an incident response protocol to rapidly detect, contain, remediate, and communicate security events to minimize impact on users and protocol integrity:
Severity Classification
- Critical: Active exploit, user funds at risk, network stability threatened → Immediate response (0–4 hours)
- High: Potential vulnerability, no active exploitation → 24-hour response window
- Medium: Non-critical bug, limited impact → 7-day remediation window
- Low: Minor UX issue, documentation error → 30-day window
Critical Incident Flow
- Detection: Forta Network agents alert core team; community reports via official channels
- Validation: Core engineers reproduce and confirm vulnerability
- Containment: DAOGovernor emergency pause triggered (CB-5, no timelock)
- Notification: Public announcement via Twitter, Discord, official website within 30 minutes
- Patch Development: Rapid fix coded, tested internally, and staged for deployment
- Re-Audit: Patched code reviewed by core engineers and external auditor
- Resumption: DAOGovernor vote to unpause (Standing Committee 3/5 consensus)
- Post-Mortem: Root cause analysis published to community; process improvements documented
Communication Protocol
- Real-Time: On-chain events (contract pause, emergency fund transfers) immutably logged
- Official Channels: Announcements via MissionChain Twitter, Discord, and website
- Email Alerts: Registered SEED/Pre-Sale participants notified immediately
- Transparency: Full disclosure of vulnerability, patch, and audit findings
Zero Tolerance: Any attempt to exploit a known vulnerability during grace period (72 hours post-disclosure) will result in permanent wallet blacklist, legal action, and fund recovery attempt.
H.7 Data Protection
MissionChain is committed to protecting user privacy while maintaining blockchain transparency and regulatory compliance:
On-Chain Data
- Public: All wallet addresses, transaction history, token balances, and contract interactions are immutably recorded on BSC and publicly visible
- Not Stored: Private keys and seed phrases are never held, transmitted, or stored by the protocol
- User Control: Wallet owners retain full custody and cryptographic control of their assets
Off-Chain Data
- Contact Details: Email address and phone number, encrypted at rest. No identity documents are collected
- AI Conversation Logs (NIRA): Session-based, not permanently archived; deleted after user logout
- Backend Logs: IP addresses, API keys, and authentication tokens are excluded from any data retention
Privacy Regulations
- GDPR (EU): Right to be forgotten, data portability, consent-based processing
- PDPA (Singapore/APAC): Consent management, data breach notification within 30 days
- Data Minimization: Only personally identifiable information (PII) strictly necessary for regulatory compliance is collected
Privacy by Design: MissionChain enforces privacy at protocol layer. Users can participate anonymously via non-custodial wallets for non-KYC activities (e.g., mining, staking). KYC is required only for SEED/Pre-Sale and DAO participation.
AI Operations & Governance
NIRA AI Assistant · Capabilities · Data Privacy · AI Governance Framework · Accountability Standards
I.1 NIRA — AI Assistant Overview
NIRA (Neural Intelligence for Rapid Assistance) is Mission Chain's embedded AI assistant, providing protocol information, onboarding guidance, and real-time support within the Mission Chain DApp. NIRA is complemented by SOPHIA, the public-facing community AI KOL deployed on Mission World (see Appendix K).
Strict Operational Boundary: NIRA operates as an informational assistant only. It cannot execute transactions, access wallets, or modify user accounts. All financial decisions, signatures, and on-chain actions remain solely with the user.
I.2 NIRA Capabilities
| Capability | Description | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Protocol Q&A | Answer questions about MIC, MICE, NFTs, emission, staking | Active |
| Onboarding Guide | Step-by-step wallet setup and first purchase walkthrough | Active |
| Staking Allocation Estimator | Estimate staking allocation outcomes based on user-provided inputs | Active |
| Document Search | Answer questions sourced from White Paper and Appendices | Active |
| Transaction History | Explain past wallet activity in plain language | Phase II |
| Alert System | Proactive notifications for vesting unlocks and license expiry | Phase II |
| Governance Advisor | Summarize DAO proposals and voting implications | Phase III |
I.3 Data Privacy
NIRA conversations are processed via external LLM APIs. Mission Chain does not permanently store conversation history. The following privacy principles apply:
- Conversation content is transmitted to the LLM provider under its published privacy policy
- No wallet addresses, seed phrases, or private keys should ever be shared with NIRA
- Session data is cleared upon logout or browser tab close
- Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for product improvement
Best Practice: Never share seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords, or recovery data with NIRA, SOPHIA, or any AI assistant under any circumstances.
I.4 AI Governance Framework
AI integration with Mission Chain governance follows a strict human-in-the-loop model. The following rules are protocol-enforced and audit-verified:
- AI may not initiate — no AI system can submit governance proposals, cast votes, or execute treasury actions
- AI may assist — AI can draft proposal summaries, impact analyses, and reading-level adaptations
- All binding actions require a cryptographic wallet signature from an authorized human participant
- AI-generated content used in official communications must be clearly disclosed
- Model versioning — every AI output references the model version and system prompt hash for reproducibility
I.5 Future AI Integrations (Roadmap)
| Feature | Purpose | Phase |
|---|---|---|
| Automated Emission Anomaly Detection | Flag abnormal protocol allocation activity, Sybil clusters, and allocation-pressure index manipulation | Phase II |
| KYC Anomaly Detection | Assist any future identity-verification review with pattern-based risk scoring | Phase II |
| Governance Proposal Quality Scoring | Rank proposals on clarity, scope, and alignment with protocol principles | Phase III |
| Mission Learn Personalization | Customized learning paths across Web3, faith, and mission topics | Phase III |
I.6 AI Accountability
Mission Chain operates an AI oversight group responsible for reviewing AI system behavior, auditing outputs for accuracy, and updating system prompts in response to user feedback. The NIRA knowledge base is refreshed with each protocol upgrade cycle (approximately quarterly).
Feedback Loop: Users who identify incorrect information provided by NIRA are encouraged to report it via the in-app feedback mechanism. Confirmed factual errors are corrected within 72 hours of report and logged in a public correction journal.
Appendix I Summary: AI systems in Mission Chain — NIRA (DApp assistant) and SOPHIA (community KOL) — operate as transparent, bounded, human-in-the-loop tools. They inform and assist, but never initiate binding on-chain actions or replace human judgement in governance.

Mission World
K.1 Purpose & Vision
Mission World (missionchain.world) is the first community platform built for the MissionChain ecosystem — a non-profit environment designed to connect 2.6 billion Christians worldwide through faith, technology, and shared purpose. It is not a separate pillar. It is the place where Mission Learn, Mission Work, and Mission Social converge into a single lived experience for real communities.
Mission Statement: To build the world's largest faith-based digital community where churches, ministries, and individual believers can connect, collaborate, and accelerate Kingdom impact through blockchain-powered tools, AI-guided mentorship, and non-profit community infrastructure.
From Pillars to Platforms
| LAYER | NATURE | EXAMPLES | GOVERNANCE |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pillars (Layer 1) | Conceptual framework — what the ecosystem believes and how it creates value | Mission Learn, Mission Work, Mission Social | DAO constitutional layer — enduring principles |
| Platforms (Layer 2) | Concrete implementation — where pillars become lived experience for real communities | Mission World first, then future community-specific platforms | DAO product-tier governance — adjustable parameters |
Core Value Proposition
Mission World brings the three pillars into real-world community life. A person can learn, receive creative opportunity, build community, and accumulate portable on-chain credentials within one connected environment. This creates a virtuous cycle where spiritual growth, economic participation, and community belonging reinforce one another.
K.2 Core Modules
Mission World is the first platform expression of the three-pillar model. It is organized around six interconnected modules, each serving a specific community need while connecting back to learn, work, and belong.
| Module | Description |
|---|---|
| Faith Challenges | Daily, weekly, and seasonal challenges that encourage prayer, Bible study, community service, and evangelism. Participants may receive MIC incentives and Community NFTs based on completion and impact metrics. |
| Content Hub | User-generated devotionals, testimonies, Bible studies, and multimedia content. Creators earn from engagement metrics. Curated by SOPHIA AI for quality and theological alignment. |
| Partnership Management | Structured onboarding for churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations. Includes partnership tiers, co-branding tools, event coordination, and shared resource libraries. |
| Learning Academy | Structured courses on blockchain fundamentals, Web3 literacy, and digital stewardship — tailored for faith communities. Certificate NFTs upon completion. |
| Global Missions | Transparent, blockchain-tracked missionary support and project funding. Donors see real-time impact metrics. Smart contract-based milestone disbursements. |
| Community Groups | Regional and interest-based groups with dedicated channels, events calendar, and governance tools. Group leaders earn elevated Community NFT tiers based on engagement. |
Reward Mechanics
Mission World integrates directly with the MissionChain token economy. Community participation can be recognized through DAO-approved treasury programs and designated ecosystem incentive pools:
| ACTIVITY | REWARD TYPE | FREQUENCY | SOURCE |
|---|---|---|---|
| Challenge completion | MIC tokens | Daily/Weekly | DAO Treasury |
| Content creation (curated) | MIC tokens | Per approval | DAO Treasury |
| Course completion | Certificate NFT | Per course | Community NFT pool |
| Community leadership | Tier upgrade NFT | Quarterly | Community NFT pool |
| Partnership onboarding | MIC + NFT bonus | Per partner | DAO Treasury |
| Mission funding | Impact NFT | Per milestone | Community NFT pool |
K.3 SOPHIA AI Integration
SOPHIA is MissionChain's public-facing AI KOL (Key Opinion Leader) — not merely a chatbot, but a culturally savvy, Christian-literate digital personality who guides devotionals, curates content, supports mentorship pathways, and deepens community engagement on Mission World.
Key Distinction: SOPHIA (missionchain.world) serves as the community-facing AI KOL and mentor. NIRA serves as the DApp's technical AI assistant on the planned separate application domain. They share infrastructure but have distinct personalities, audiences, and purposes.
SOPHIA Capabilities on Mission World
| CAPABILITY | DESCRIPTION | STATUS |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Devotional Guide | Generates personalized devotionals based on reading plans, prayer requests, and spiritual journey stage | Phase 1 |
| Content Curation | Reviews and curates user-generated content for theological alignment, quality, and community standards | Phase 1 |
| Challenge Design | Creates seasonal and event-based challenges aligned with the liturgical calendar and global missions | Phase 2 |
| Music & Worship | AI-assisted worship music creation, hymn arrangements, and multilingual worship content | Phase 2 |
| Mentorship Matching | Connects new believers with experienced mentors based on language, denomination, and spiritual maturity | Phase 2 |
| Translation Bridge | Real-time multilingual communication across 8 supported languages for cross-cultural fellowship | Phase 3 |
SOPHIA Content Pipeline
SOPHIA operates with a human-in-the-loop governance model. All AI-generated content passes through a review pipeline before public distribution:
- Generation — SOPHIA creates content based on community signals, calendar events, and trending topics
- Theological Review — Content flagged for doctrinal sensitivity is reviewed by appointed faith advisors
- Community Feedback — Published content receives community ratings that train SOPHIA's future outputs
- Governance Override — approved moderation and governance workflows can escalate or remove sensitive content when required
K.4 Strategic Partnerships
Mission World provides a structured framework for onboarding churches, ministries, mission organizations, and faith-based nonprofits as ecosystem partners.
Partnership Tiers
| TIER | TARGET | BENEFITS | REQUIREMENTS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seed Partner | Local churches, small groups | Branded community page, challenge templates, basic analytics | KYC verification, 50+ active members |
| Growth Partner | Regional ministries, networks | Co-branded events, dedicated SOPHIA instance, advanced analytics, MIC incentive pool | Active engagement metrics, 500+ members |
| Strategic Partner | Denominations, international orgs | White-label portal, API access, co-designed initiatives, custom challenge design, expanded ecosystem visibility | DAO approval vote, 5,000+ members |
Non-Profit Platform Model: Mission World is funded primarily through DAO-approved treasury allocation and partnership revenue. The objective is community service and ecosystem activation, not extractive platform monetization.
K.5 Architecture & Integration
Mission World is built as a server-side rendered (SSR) Next.js application, sharing the API backend (api.missionchain.io) with the Web3 DApp and Admin Console.
Technology Stack
| LAYER | TECHNOLOGY | PURPOSE |
|---|---|---|
| Frontend | Next.js (SSR) | SEO-optimized community pages, real-time content feeds |
| Backend API | Fastify (shared) | Unified API at api.missionchain.io — auth, content, rewards, partnerships |
| Database | PostgreSQL + Redis | User profiles, content store, engagement metrics, caching layer |
| AI Engine | SOPHIA LLM | Content generation, curation, mentorship matching, translation |
| Blockchain | BSC (BNB Smart Chain) | MIC incentive distribution, NFT minting, DAO governance, on-chain attestations |
| Storage | IPFS + CDN | Decentralized content storage, media delivery |
| i18n | 8 languages | EN, ES, VI, KO, PT (Phase 1) + SW, PCM, TL (Phase 2) |
Cross-Platform Integration
Wallet Bridge: Users authenticate on Mission World with the same wallet used across the MissionChain ecosystem. MICE credentials, eligible governance credentials, and MIC balances are visible across connected platforms. Community achievements on Mission World can unlock designated incentive perks and ecosystem recognition.
Key integration points between Mission World and the broader ecosystem:
- MIC Incentives — Challenge and content incentives can be supported through DAO-approved treasury programs and designated ecosystem incentive pools
- NFT Interoperability — Community NFTs earned on Mission World can unlock designated incentive benefits and ecosystem status, but they do not alter MIC staking weight
- Unified Identity — Single wallet-based identity across all three consumer-facing domains
- DAO Governance — approved governance processes can shape Mission World parameters and strategic priorities
- Admin Console — Mission World operations managed through unified admin.missionchain.io dashboard
